In my mid 30's, I'm finally at the point where years of summers neglecting to be vigilant with sunscreen on my face is now apparent. Not a pleasant realization. On my walk to the Apple store in the mall, a gentleman outside the Orogold store offered me a sample of their collagen renewal cream. I've tried everything from coconut oil to the typical range of Nordstrom moisturizers and my skin just looked the same. I'd been having issues recovering from a few summers of not using enough sunscreen. Not normally one to have time to talk to sales people, I was actually surprised the texture of this moisturizer was quite different. I went ahead and took the time to let the salesman tell me more about the rest of the collagen line of products. I ended up buying the collagen cream and coming back for the 24K Gold Firming and Moisturizing mask when I had time the following afternoon. Whoa! I've had plenty of masks done by both estheticians as well as just normal masks you can buy from Lush or the grocery store. This mask was a game changer! I took a photo of my face before the salesman applied the mask and compared it to after the mask and I can honestly say, it looked like a Hollywood photoshop artist had done me a favor and erased the sun damage! The salesman explained exactly how the ingredients in the mask infuse your face with moisture but I forget the exact details. I ended up treating myself to the 24K Collagen collection because it includes regular masks once a month and a few other products that I liked. I've been using them for 6 weeks now, and while I will never forget my face sunscreen anymore, I love that these products have restored a dewy, youthful look and texture to my face. I'll be back when I run out!

I was so skeptical but I've been needing a new skincare regimen and thought it wouldn't hurt to just see what it's about. I don't believe in harmful fillers but at that age where I need a boost. The salesman was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience with my questions. I left with several products touting anti-aging and after just 2 weeks I'm not only seeing a difference but getting unsolicited compliments from everyone! My skin looks and feels tighter, smoother and dewy. I'm really happy that I gave it a try and will be a lifelong Orogold devotee. It's the best investment I've made in my looks- worth every penny!

I was shopping in the mall after having been to the Florida in ages and a young women offered me a sample of a daily moisturizer. Before I knew it I was inside in a full demo sampling eye serums that immediately made a big difference under my eyes. I ended up purchasing a daily routine set for the eyes and the face and have been using it for three months now. A bit out of my price range for cosmetics but the products seem to be well worth it.

I was walking by this store in the Florida Mall and was offered a free sample of the moisturizer in the walkway. The salesman offered for me to try one on my hands inside the store. He awkwardly grabs my hand and begins to lead me through the store (wth). He puts the product on my hand and starts massaging (he never asked to touch me or massage me) He was asking me a lot of personal questions about myself (I worked in sales, I don't think he was being creepy per se, but failing miserably to build rapport) During this time he's trying to do his sales pitch and insults me no fewer than 3 times. For example, he asked my skin care routine, thanks to good genes I need minimal products to maintain my face... he called me lazy! He said the product was cleaning my skin from the inside out. It's been a long time since I picked up a biology book but I don't think that's how that works. After another backhanded compliment and some of his sarcasm I ended up interrupting him, pulling my hand back and telling him we were done. From what I've read online they have a lot of customer service issues. Just beware and don't take their free sample unless you want to deal with pushy, socially challenged sales people!
