Really well organized and the staff are always super friendly. I donated a few items a little bit ago and had no issues handing them off.

My experience in the store was good. There was a lot of vintage and affordable pieces but I won't be back because of a situation outside of it. After me and my friend left the store yesterday we got food at a place nearby and was exiting the parking lot. I looked both ways and turned onto the road and the next minute I notice a car trailing behind me endlessly honking for so long multiple times until I moved over to the other lane. When I moved to the other lane and we pulled up at the light I noticed it was the young female cashier with green hair at the store. She didn't say anything but drove off. I'm assuming she was mad about me 'cutting' her off but for her to even appear suddenly since I saw nothing on the road means she either turned fast from a corner or sped up all the way from the end which is reckless and then extremely rude/ childish to honk that much and long until I moved to the other lane. She's glad I wasn't some unhinged person in downtown because with her trying to intimidate/terrorize others on the road I'm sure some people would react a lot differently than me if she tried that again. It's a shame because the store was cool but I won't be back due to whatever the hell that was on the road. Please hire decent people at your establishment thats all

I visited once and while they had nothing plus size, I was happy to support my community and bought some jewelry. I came back a few months later to donate three larges boxes of items including plus size dresses and shoes. I was turned away because while they are open until 7pm, they stop accepting donations at 6:30 and I arrived at 6:34. I asked for an exception, as that policy is not on their website and I had driven 30 minutes to make the donation, after leaving work. The manager, Gryphon, refused to make an exception, being very curt, to the point of rudeness.I understand it is difficult to work in retail and that employees of this store are probably doing a labor of love. However, after my experience today, I feel so offended that I don't intend to return. Small exceptions should absolutely be made for policies that are not publicly posted. In the case where a policy absolutely must be enforced, it should be done with much more tact and compassion.

I've been to thrift stores everywhere in North America and this one was super disappointing. It's a great charitable business but I didn't buy a single thing! The big negatives;- Nothing is organized by size. It takes forever to go item by item when its so random.- the prices were really high. Designer jacket for $150!? And knockoff birkenstock sandals for $40! Other reviews were saying $1 items, but only the ugly stuff was under $10.- we have to put away our own stuff from the fitting room? That's why everything is out of place.- jewelery case was a joke. Looks like flimsy dollar store jewelry for $5.99. Nothing of quality at all. What was good -- the furniture section. Prices were affordable

Went there to get tested. Was extremely nervous since it was my first time being out, usually do at home test kits. Dr. Brown was extremely kind and patient with me, helped calm my anxious down and made my experience all the better. Had a great conversation, cracked a few good jokes, and overall had a great experience. Definitely recommend coming here to either shop, or get tested!Thank you so very much Dr Brown!

One of my favorite thrift stores - have a variety of items, books, and clothes. Everything is reasonably price, if not super cheap and they have a sales rack, along with different colored tags being discounted.Whenever I go, I find amazing deals for super cute stuff.

I absolutely love thrifting at the store! There is always an amazing quality of variety of clothing Home Goods and music and books. I doubt I've ever left there without anything. And donations are always needed. I donate almost every single week. I can say on behalf of my roommate 5x's are hard to find but when I do find them I find them at the shop and they're always in excellent condition. And the staff is always helpful to unload your car and grateful for the donations. The staff inside are constantly working to make everything perfect and an enjoyable experience for all. It's a great cause and it's a great place.

I really liked the prices and layout of the store. Lots of good options and clothing. I thought the prices of the shoes were a little overpriced compared to other thrift stores in Orlando. The store does not seem to be very family-friendly, however, as there are two restrooms but they are only for employees. If you need or your little ones need to use the restroom, you will need to go across the street, waiting for the traffic signal, to the single bathroom at 7-eleven. And then when you come back from said bathroom, you can't go in the front door since they require you to go around the back door. Just seems like a lot of useless discrimination against customers. There's no reason they can't have one bathroom for staff and one for customers. Other than that, I would shop here again.

It was very clean and smelled nice. They have fitting rooms which was great. Not a ton of clothes but I definitely found 4/5 great things.

Lovely experience! I love seeing the representation and support in Orlando! One thing I was a little surprised by was that they had the clothes sectioned off into men’s and women’s. I’d love to see something a bit more gender inclusive!

This is a worthwhile thrift store stop. Primarily, because of the support you'll be giving to the important work they do in the community. There was ample parking, and it's easy to find right on a main road. When you first walk in, you don't get hit with that thrift store smell. I'd say it's about a medium size store. That is well laid out with plenty of space to move around. They have housewares, clothing, electronics, the standard thrift store inventory. It was decently stocked and well organized. Clothing is organized by color not size so you will have to look through the racks to find your size Pricing is really really good and they do run discounts. If you are an avid thrifter this is definitely worth a stop

Did a quick stop at out of the closet Orlando- to donate some clothes I had it sitting around my apartment. In the parking area there is a door with a little ring doorbell that you press it and someone comes out and collects your clothes for you and then they also give you a little donation slip! I haven't been inside yet however that is for another day but I definitely recommend this place to donate your clothes!
