The customer service was extremely racist, they don't want to do their job and they don't want you to grab anything or help you, they chase us around the store. They demand them to do their work that does not correspond to them. This was one of the worst in Orlando. And remember something, thanks to the clients they have work.

I went today to the PacSun store at the Florida mall and the costumer service was bad, the woman was not treating me nice like they supposed to. I didn’t like my experience there today.

If zero stars were possible, this location would receive that. I have two recommendations: They need new staff and they need discrimination courses. My sister and I walked in to look around and check for sweatpants and pants. We walked about for five minutes, we were not greeted, only looked at with disdain. However, when a more affluent/white mother and her children came in, she was greeted and also told that they were cash only. I guess they didn’t expect us to have cash on us (but I always do for emergencies). When we were ready to check out, the clerk seemed surprised which offended us. We completed our purchases and left. Now, their Dressing rooms are not open due to covid, so we had to drive home, try on the clothes and certain ones did not fit. Trying to return them was made difficult because their system was down. The manager couldn’t even take the receipt to type in the return later and give us the money back. She only recommended going to another location and getting the return somewhere else. This is an incompetent location.

FIRST TIME IN THE STORE WITH MY DAUGHTERS 12-26-2020 MY DAUGHTERS WANTED MOM JEANS. THE STORE WASNT BUSY. SALES ASSOCIATE DIDNT GREET US OR TELL US ABOUT ANY SALES WE WALKED IN AND FOUND THE JEAN BUT ONLY ONE PAIR OF JEAN MY DAUGHTERS WANTED SO I HAD TO INTERRUPT THE SALES ASSOCIATES CONVERSATION TO GET HER OR HIM TO FIND ANOTHER PAIR FOR MY OTHER DAUGHTER SADLY THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY LEFT SO ILL BE DRIVING TO THE OUTLET HOPEFULLY CUSTOMERS SERVICE WILL BE BETTER THERE.

The employees are rude and entitled and have no idea on how to handle Covid. I went in shopping and they were constantly giving dirty looks and not helpful at all.

My daughter and her 3 teen friends were doing some back to school shopping today. The staff in the store were so rude and condescending. These girls spend $350 combined and felt demoralized when they left. Shame the staff had to ruin such a great experience.

I booked a flight to Santos Domingo and noticed I needed to purchase jeans. I visited many stores and tried out many jeans and noting cut it. Then I remember a store that I bought good jeans. They were called Bull Head (the jeans), and Pacific Sunwear is where I purchase them. When I got there, no one greeted me nor asked for help. At the same time, I did not know who was the customer(s) nor who was the employee(s). I tried not to let it get to me as they are kids that do not care to deliver customer service, etc. No wonder their review is 3.9. Also, I needed help and took my chance and asked, do you work here? The employee required assistance to help me and asked the manager. The manager knew her things and helped. I took some jeans to try out in the fitting room. What was that for, no one analyzed to help me open the door nor nothing. At that point, I left. They were rude, unprofessional, and it was a guessing game on who were the workers.
Finally, I went to Hollister. In there was the extreme opposite. Hi..!, welcome..!, you need help..?, here are the items that are in sale..! of course, let me open the fitting room..! Although, I had a great experience.
