“My computer repair and IT services shop is just on the next block over on Waltham avenue and I run over here to Pine Castle hardware all the time for whatever random part that I may need to fix something at my office and they always seem to have whatever it is I need amazingly enough for not being some big huge hardware store like Home Depot. I like that I can walk in and someone will always greet you and help you find whatever it is you're looking for so you don't have to spend five times as much time finding what you want.This is the way all stores used to be, until we lost our way, now there's not many like this anymore.”

“I purchased a gallon of paint today. They had a BOGO offer that I was unaware of. No one from the store mentioned the promotion. I made the purchase and noticed it when I got home.
The staff refused to allow me to get a second gallon for free since I had already completed the purchase.
Will not be shopping at this location again unless I’m give a free gallon of paint or money off.
Update: the manager contacted me and offered to honor the BOGO. I’ve updated my review to 5 stars.”

I’ve been in the wood industry for 25 years and always recommend Sherwin-Williams, from paint color matches to stain or dyes , this store has got you covered. Friendly Staff that will get the job done. This is the Orlando Chemical coatings facility, many years ago this was the LB-McLeod before SHerwin-Williams shut it down and moved , Sherwin Williams moved the Chemical coatings division back to Orlando a few years back.”

“I worked with Eddie recently to have a paint recreated from an original sample called "Gray Swamp". He knew exactly what builder used that paint and still had the old color formula. The paint matches 100%, my parents are thrilled they don't have to change the house color and I'm overly impressed with the color match and quality. 11/10 would highly recommend.”

After ordering online I realized I had ordered the wrong color code. Called them up as soon as I realized and they straightened everything right out, no muss no fuss.
When I arrived they brought everything out and loaded it up in my truck.
Had excellent results with SW products in the past, and they held up well.
Even if you go with a different company's paint, I'd recommend using an appropriate SW Loxon product first. Really good stuff.”
