6/11/23I went today to buy a jewelry Care kit!I went inside the store and nobody greeted me. I look everywhere looking for someone to help me, when I went all away to the back, there was someone who was just staring at something with a very serious face,no smile! I went to her and said hi, I have a question, do you guys have the cleaning kit? She did not say yes or no she just nodded. I ask her how much is it she told me the price I said ok! can I buy it?. And with a serious face, no smile at all! she told me you have to wait and pointed at a customer. Still not even one smile and serious! She did not call someone else to help me she was just standing there staring I don't know where to!! She was acting like she did not wanted to be there!. Ok so I'm just waiting in the corner for her or someone to help me. And that's when someone finally came out the back door she was looking at me I was looking at her, she did not say anything still starring at me....and thenn ... she ask (have you guys been help? )I pointed at the unprofessional girl. and told her yes I ask her for a(cleaning kit) she told me to wait!.. she said ill help you it's that all you want? I said yes! got the cleaning kit I told her thank you so much! And left. I went back because I wanted it to know the name of the unprofessional employee. I ask her directly for her name, she told me her name is (Melanie!)I think this store should have the employees well trained and professional! Very poor of professionalism! First time being treated this way! If she really was a professional she should tell the customer ( yes I can help you, I'm with a customer right now, but as soon as I finish I can help you! Or I'm with a customer right now, but I can get you someone to help you!) But no! She decided to be unprofessional! So sad!

I have been a loyal customer of this store for many years and always looked forward to my birthday when I could take advantage of the specials they offer in May. However, on my recent visit, I was disappointed by the customer service I received. I noticed a special promotion on the door that was for card owners and Pandora club members, and I met the requirements by spending over $150 and been a Pandora club member. Unfortunately, when I declined to apply for the card, I was denied the gift that was advertised.I explained to the staff that I have been a loyal customer for years and visit every year on my birthday to make purchases, but despite this, I was still denied the promotion. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and made me reconsider my loyalty to the store. I hope that in the future, the staff will consider the loyalty of their long-term customers and provide more consistent and fair customer service.Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

I will never visit this Pandora again. My daughter and I visited this Pandora Sunday 2/19/23 and was pretty much ignored by the staff. We’re from out of town so I decided to stop in and possibly purchase a few charms and get my daughters bracelet and charms cleaned. No one greeted us. We walked around the store hoping someone would ask, how can I help you. I guess that was too much to ask for. Finally, I asked a young lady named Carla could she assist us. She was very hesitant but said sure…I guess. I asked if we could get my daughters bracelet and charms cleaned. Carla said she would but it wouldn’t be a deep cleaning. Okay??? While we waited, I noticed that several Hispanic people were being greeted before they could even step across the threshold of the door…odd??? My daughter and I walked in and around the store and NO ONE said two words to us. When Carla returned with my daughters bracelet, it looked the same as if she did nothing. I guess we weren’t supposed to notice that. I asked who is the store manager and she looked puzzled and gave me a name…Osdy. If Osdy is the store manager’s name, maybe she/he should reevaluate how certain guests are treated. I will never visit that store again since they cater to the Hispanic community only.

Love adding Pandora charms to my bracelet and we stopped in here while shopping at the mall. We were able to pick up a couple charms that were on sale. YAY! The salesperson that helped us was friendly and made great suggestions.\\n\\nI usually go to the location at Disney springs and find that it’s less busy than the mall location. This location was packed and we had to wait in line outside the store to go in which I appreciated so that it wasn’t overcrowded inside. The salesperson said that it gets like that around the holidays so plan accordingly!

I honestly want to give zero starts the service was horrible especially by the supervisor Valerie who was just talking the whole time with her coworkers while there was people waiting.

My mom bought me a charm here today and it came broken. It won’t close and it was open right from the box. Check that your charms are not broken before leaving the store!

My wife and I are huge customers of Pandora and love the product. We make it a point to get one almost every time we see a store. My wife wears them quite often so they tarnish a bit every so often. This specific branch at Florida mall has turned us down TWICE for cleaning after waiting in line for at least 30 minutes. Both times I wanted to get new charms but refused to do so because I didn’t want to add a new charm to her bangle if the others didn’t look as great. Valeria or Baleria refused to clean it for us the second time and this is the last time we make the trip from Clermont. They lost business at this branch twice from us and we will now just stick to Disney springs. Maybe. Probably done buying. Pandora please get this store fixed because it ruins the experience from your long time loyal returning customers.

This is the third time my wife visit this store to clean the bracelet and the charms. The first time they told her it was a lot of people at the store and they were not able to do it at this moment. The second time they told her she has to swing by after August 8th and today another excuse, they do not have water, the process will take more than 2 hours and today was the last day for free bracelets and no time for this. Honestly, this is unacceptable for a Pandora Store reputation. They do not want to do it at any moment. My wife did this at Las Vegas and took no more than 10 minutes. I do not recommend this store for anyone in Orlando Area.

Every time I try to take my bracelet in for cleaning, they have some excuse why they are not cleaning bracelets that day. I bought my bracelet at that store and many charms. I went to the Mall at Millenia store and they cleaned my bracelet for me. I will never shop at the Florida Mall Store ever again.

I am literally sitting in my vehicle at 8:57 pm after walking back to it from the Pandora store. I got to the door at 8:50 pm and the doors was locked and lights off. According to the website, this store is supposed to be open until 9 pm. I was trying to pick up a gift I purchased on line because I was leaving at 6 am tomorrow going out of town but now I have to wait until 11 am after the store open to pick up my gift before I depart.
