It is sooooo upsetting that this place can't make a Cappuccino correctly, even when the instructions are on the container sleeves. We are extremely angry that every time we ask for a Cappuccino we get a cup full of milk basically instead, and they have the nerve to charge it as a Cappuccino so we have to return it several times until they get it right. We are regular customers, we will keep giving bad reviews until they get it right.

My friend, my wife and myself have been regular customers at this location since it opened, on a weekly basis, and we have seen how the quality of this establishment has dropped in the last year. From broken wobbling tables for weeks, smelly carpet, getting incomplete orders, just about every time we order, to workers putting their feet on the counter while patrons wait behind them (yes, I am pretty sure it is on camera), and employees off the clock hanging out and putting their feet on the seats. I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but, after seen all that today and the fact that they got my order wrong again, I HAD IT😬. We asked for a Chicken Thai salad to go and a Cappuccino, first they placed it in a bowl as if I was going to eat in, then I get home to find out there was NO CHICKEN in the salad and the Cappuccino was basically milk and hardly coffee. If they would just stop hiring so many immature employees that all they do is get distracted by the ones off the clock and have managers that pay more attention to these frequent mishaps maybe, and then maybe this location would return to the original standard service that the other Panera Bread establishments have and people have always loved, for their quality, tranquility, great food and service, a place to enjoy a good meal, to relax, study or do business, not a street corner hangout.

The food is always good at this food chain but disappointed that this location doesn't serve the hidden/secret menu items. I've never had anything on the menu that I hated. And their Chipotle chicken avocado is very generous with their avocado here.

I had the worse experience a customer can ever have! A bunch of non sense people working, a lot of things listed on the menu they didn't have. After ordering 2 different soups listed on the menu and they didn't have, I ordered a Chicken Noodle. The guy gave me a bowl of broth with 4 or 5 noodles! I asked him where were the noodles and he said those were the noddles. Panera Bread is dropping drastically the quality of customer service and food. I've been a customer for a long time, spend my money there at least 5 times per week and noticed how bad is becoming! I will never step into a Panera Bread again!
