We had a fantastic experience at urgent care! We barely had to wait five minutes before we saw a doctor! The front staff was friendly and efficient, the nurses were kind and the doctor was great. We couldn’t have been happier!

Never go to this clinic, first clinic is very dirty, if their doors are so dirty, imagine the rest. Also the staff is incompetent, I went there in October of 2022, paid for my visit right away, And then I started receiving letters and phone calls from debt collector saying that I owe them for my visit. I went personally to the clinic, brought them a copy of my receipt, showing them proof where they realize that their nurse made a mistake and billed me for a visit that I already paid.It’s been a year and a half now, I called several times the financial department to have them correct their mistake but I’m still receiving phone calls and letters from the debt Collector.Such incredibly incompetent staff.

I arrived just before they were closing and I am sure after a long day they wanted to go home. However the entire staff was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Most importantly they address my issue..Very appreciative of everyone.

María was fantastic! It was the easiest urgent care visit ever. We were in and out, educated with a antibiotics for our daughter. We cannot thank you enough!

Upon arrival the med tech was wonderful, but after that down hill. I was extremely sick. A PA came in and barely talked to me, didn’t seem to care. In and out. Very disappointing… there was a nose swab done and I had influenza B. But no explanation of medication given. the next day, went to a different urgent care, and they discovered I actually had. bilateral pneumonia also. I’m 65 . I called to complain and they said someone was to call me, but sadly never did…will be contesting my bill. ?
