This was one of the worst experiences staying in Orlando. We were treated horribly by an employee. He was rude and inappropriate. Do not stay here! If you do, don't get sucked into attending one of their sham presentations. They want you to buy their "timeshare".

It's great there, but I feel my wife was ripped off on a timeshare. Hopefully she can work it out for a better outcome. She uses Hilton for business and is Hilton Honors Silver, so I don't understand their thinking.

Serene and worthwhile view ?. Comfy bed, but service was not as warm as expected for a Hilton Diamond honors member.

If I could give 0 stars for service, I would! We booked penthouse rooms for my best friend’s wedding. Her room was a one bedroom suite and it was beautiful! We’ve stayed there a bunch and always had a suite and they really are lovely! My husband and I booked the penthouse studio for us and the maid of honor. I mistakenly thought it would be larger (since it was a penthouse) so the maid of honor would stay on a cot or a pull out couch. When we arrived, the studio was SOOO small! We couldn’t have even fit a cot in the floor! I called the front desk and they were rude and said they couldn’t do anything. I called the VIP check in (we were guests of an owner) and they said management would call us. When the manager called she was incredibly rude and told me to look online for a different room. We ended up booking a second studio for the maid of honor, with no help from any of the staff. I’m so disappointed in the service and in the size of the rooms. I will not be staying here again anytime soon!

We stayed to extend our vacation a few extra days . It was an amazing price for the room and resort you get to enjoy- . The balcony was extra special to view the fireworks from Disney-. Me and my wife went down the Jacuzzi and just relaxed. We will go back. Rooms are simply amazing. Nothing wrong at all. Thank you to the staff as well. They really do an amazing job. They have a game room etc. I will be back.

Beautiful facility, ultra modern, well kept. Went for timeshare presentation and Jesse was very thourough and considerate. Pool here was magnificent. Grounds are still under construction due to a expansion.Rooms: Beautifully appointed extended stay condominium. Washer, dryer, full kitchen w/dishwasher. Great beds, private hot tub and dual sink bath.Nearby activities: Disney, Disney Springs, Universal studios,Discovery cove and Sea world all with in 15 minutes.

Very nice rooms, centrally located. The layout wasted a lot of space on the bathroom IMHO. Could have been designed a bit better but comfortable with nice amenities.Rooms: Spacious, clean, comfortableNearby activities: Very close to the parksNoteworthy details: The water out of the tap is not good for coffee or tea. Suggest buying bottled or a brita filter.

It was our favorite Orlando hotel. Here's why it earned 1 star.1. BLOOD on the sheets. We checked in Monday. Tuesday while we were out our room was serviced which was a shock because they don't do that on second night. That night we got into the bed and found dried blood, not ours, on the sheets. We called down and Housekeeping came right away and changed the sheets. We were told on the app that the supervisor would contact us the next day. No one reached out to apologize.2. Check-in was atrocious. We arrived around 1pm and were told our room wasn't ready. For hours we waited and waited. I went in person to check at about 345pm and was told our manager told you the room isn't ready nothing we can do. At this point we were exhausted and I emailed the general manager. Five minutes later we were told our room was ready. The supervisor was great and apologized and even took the resort fee off EXCEPT she didn't. Luckily I went in to get a printed copy of my receipt and the fee was never removed. They said there was no note about it. Still they honored it after someone came and said they remembered the supervisor saying this.So after a frustrating few nights I think this will be our last stay at this hotel. Pictures attached of the bloody sheets.

The property is well kept, the room is clean and friendly staff who treat us like important guests. The kids enjoyed the facilities and their planned activities. We love the view of the fireworks at night from our balcony. Too bad we couldn't enjoy more of their facilities since we spent 3 full days at Disney World.

We stayed here for my daughter’s Disney World birthday and we loved it! The customer service was fantastic as well as the housekeeping. Housekeeping came by everyday to check on us. We could see the Disney World fireworks from the balcony. We stayed for four days and would definitely return. It was close to Disney and great food options near by,

We are here on a second Hilton Grand special offer in their effort to convince us to buy a timeshare. We have a beautiful 2 bedroom suite with top of the line decor and appliances (including washer/dryer). Our 14th floor balcony overlooks Universal and Disney fireworks every night. There is no problem getting a table or lounge at the pool. Being old folks, we prefer the small pool area for the quiet. We have made use of the grills and dined at a quiet table in the grill area. Prior reviewers complain about the WiFi, but there are options. We had trouble figuring out the TV and how to connect our Roku (that we brought). They sent up a tech guy (Barry) who got the Roku connected, explained the TV operation, and gave us 3 wifi options. He explained that each works depending on the day so we may need to switch around. No problem! The garage parking is tight, but having a handicap tag was helpful. It has made my husband's experience easy. He unloads his scooter and has easy access to the elevator from the garage, and can make the long hall trip to our room with ease. Beautiful place, clean, and convenient to many local attractions.Rooms: Clean and well appointed. There us even a TV in the bathroom to view while in the tub or shower!Nearby activities: Plenty of amusement park options, but that is not our thing. Orlando is close to everything. We were here for the Winter Park Arts Festival that is a can't miss activity for anyone who appreciates fine art. Just an hour or so from some beautiful Atlantic Beaches, too.Walkability: The 3/4 mile loop around the attached lake is a great way to get your steps in. Some food and shopping options are close enough to walk to if you are fit. We drive.Food & drinks: Cocktails available at the pool bar and a well stocked market for wraps, salads, soda, and even wine. Publix is right down the street, too. We didn't take advantage of the bar food so cannot comment on that
