Great service, great people. I have a virtual address there (iPostal1) and they do an excellent job handling it; I also ship documents and packages when I’m in town and they are always helpful and friendly.

It was my first time sending anything overseas so I headed over here to use DHL.
Pamela was nice and extremely helpful in helping me fill out the missing pieces to the foreign address. Great service and the only downside is DHL's pricing, never knew it was so expensive to send a single envelope! lol

DHL asked me to submit a claim through this company since I went shipped through them. First, they said to leave my number and they’ll call me back but they didn’t. So I called a second time, couldn’t even explain my situation. Just kept cutting me off and saying there’s nothing she can do about it. Very unprofessional, learn some proper etiquette.

Wow!
Finally an honest parcel mailer!
The Windermere UPS store quoted me 533.00 to ship a painting to my son in AZ.
I was able to ship it from this store VIA UPS for $245!
The 35 min drive was worth it!!!

Staff was immensely patient and helpful while we got all our bags and boxes in order. Helped us rebox and double-check that everything would transport well. Would definitely go back when i need to.

Quick, easy and reliable way to ship and receive parcels. The only drawback is they close at 6:00 PM so don't be a straggler. Good people doing good work.
