Update: After 3 years and 4 months of utilising the service, I'm forced to bid it goodbye. I'm not frustrated with the staff, they've been consistently amazing. From gate operators to the drivers. What I am frustrated with is how abruptly last minute the communication is. In the middle of January, it was announced they were ceasing parking, in turn affecting both the staff and customers. Raising the monthly by $20 in December, only to suddenly end the service the next month is frustrating to say the least. To the staff that were laid off due to PB&F's negligent decision - thank you so much for making my experience worthwhile. My positive gratitude is towards customer assisting staff and them alone. Upper level management deserves no praise.2022: Background context. I'm Flight Crew who's used PB&F for nearly two years now. Initially the service is great but lately picking up from the airport (especially mornings) have been painfully slow. I hate to leave this review as the staff is incredibly friendly but at the end of the day, I'm tired of arriving at MCO and waiting an hour constantly for a pickup. It takes me 30-40 mins to drive home and I'm wasting a lot of time just waiting.

I wasn’t going to write to review until this happened. Drivers are excellent very professional. I had a problem getting picked up. First I called and the driver got paged and waited 20 mins I called again and the lady who I spoke with said “you should have called” and I said I did. I get picked up and as I’m leaving the lady literally “hissed at me “ I’m never coming back . I wish there was zero stars

I've used Park Bark & Fly for several years. Traveling almost weekly. While I've occasionally run into an issue or 2, my experience has been great, mostly due to the people. Tracy at the booth is the most amazing person. She has personality gone out of her way to make my parking experience excellent. She has straightened out several issues, helping me to get to my flight, as well as making sure all is running smooth. I can't say enough about her customer service. The drivers are great, but I have to point out Luke as a guy who has also gone out of his way for me. All the folks there seem to go out of their way, but Tracy is a gem. I wish I could hire her away. And Luke is a model driver!

This is a great and affordable option to park you car when you are catching a flight and don’t want to deal with transportation apps. I went on a trip for 4 days. I booked a couple of days before my flight through the website, easy. Got there early in the morning, parked my car and the shuttle picked me up right after I got out if the car. Right next to it. Friendly and helpful staff. I came back in new years day and with a simple call after claiming my luggage, they were there to pick up from the airport so soon. My car was in perfect condition. I highly recommend this place. I would definitely use the service again.

Just got in tonight from Pittsburgh. Preston was the driver. He was awesome! Handsome, friendly and had a great personality. I highly recommend this company when it comes to parking. I've used others in the past. Won't make that mistake again.

I’m waiting for Park Bark shuttle. Wally park, The Parking Sopt and Fast Park have been here about 7 times each during the time I am waiting. I will never use this company again.

Took 30+ minutes to get picked up from terminal B. Not worth it. You’re better off spending extra for Wally Park or garage parking

Had to find last-minute parking when my original reservation cancelled, and Nore in the booth was so kind and helpful! She went above and beyond with customer service, and I'll book with them going forward because of her.
