Store is closing. I'm fact I've been to 2 in the last week and both are closing so I'm not sure of that is the same fate for all of them or not. But the sales they have right now are amazing! They're even selling the fixtures inside. Each store has different sales on things but regardless it's everything must go so HUGE discounts. At one of the store the other day all Encanto things were 90% off! So get what you can while you can. I stocked up on some fun candles and birthday signs and a ton of individual theme party cups (I think I got almost 30! But they last forever and are cute!)

If it is a good place with everything related to parties 🎈 🎉, the only thing I criticize about this place is the attention, they are rarely friendly.

Mekai really saved our experience. The other 2 workers, one with orange and black braids and another girl with brown hair and glasses were so rude with no sense of customer service. After we waited 10 minutes by the register, the first lady would finally rings us up with a nasty attitude. Then she she tells us to wait to the side while she rings up the other 7 customers behind us. We told her we needed to go as we were the first in line and needed to make it to a birthday. She refused to help us or ask for backup. The other lady finally came but she said they had to take of the line before they could take care of us. Mind you we just spent $57 on balloons. Mekai came and saw us waiting. He apologized and helped us and even threw in 2 ballons. He saved the day! Party city please reconsider your hiring process. I'll just go to publix or dollar tree next time.

Your websites states the Colonial location had 6 available items in which I was looking for. I’ve drove out of my way to end up disappointed because this location didn’t have it. Try calling before going but no one would freaking answer.

Three days ago I inflated my balloons with helium, there were 7 balloons in total, one of them in the shape of a number, which is a bigger one, but they charged me $26 in total, it seemed extremely expensive to me just to inflate a couple of balloons but well I assumed it was good quality etc. Today, after three days, those balloons are deflating, they didn't last a week! when I wanted to complain in the chat they told me that they couldn't do anything because of the policy, which is absurd and ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and go to Dollar Tree or Publix, where people are more attentive and your balloons will last for months. Disappointed. Never coming back for anything, I can find my things in Amazon.
