I like the price of the vehicle however the vehicle was not clean at all. I can tell the vehicle had just been brought back before they gave it to me. Would have returned it if I had the time.

The cost per day for the vehicle was great!!! The reason why I didn’t give a 5 star was because I was told that I didn’t have to pay for it up front but when I returned the vehicle. So I had to move money around to pay up front. Not a good start for a vacation!!

What a mixed bag. Inconsistent dealings with each rep. Policies unknown. Most of all, NO CUSTOMER SERIVE AFTER HOURS! *Totally unavailable by phone and problem solving minimal to non existent. Options on website do not address many issues. BUT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AND PENALIZE YOU FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO SOLVE IT BECAUSE OF THEIR INEPTITUDE. I Could never recommend to anyone I care about. Very poor communication with foreign reps. Language barriers. *WARNING. I’ll be writing this everywhere I can to spare folks the trouble. I’d love a call from a superior to discuss. But not offered that option. If one rep tell you one thing. DO NOT COUNT ON IT.

Superior customer service from Poonam of Payless/Budget. We had a long day traveling from Seattle, WA. Poonam gave us local tips about polls, helped with an upgrade, and was able to switch my turn in location to the airport. All her efforts saved us time and money so she definitely helped us start our vacation on a positive note. Highly recommend.

This location is great, especially if you are staying at Disney. Also a gas station near by and the staff Poonam and Traci are superb. Highly recommend ???

We called many times before we picked up our car because we wanted to know if they offer pickups (their site says to call them directly); nobody ever picked up. On day 2, we noticed the tires needed air so we filled them up. But, there must be leaks somewhere because we had to fill them out many more times during our a-week rental period. We told the agent this when we dropped the car off. 4 months later - we got a letter saying that we are responsible for the tire damage. We emailed them and their response was “we didn’t pay any roadside assistance and damage waiver coverages so it is our responsibility for the damage”. What a response. If we didn’t tell them about the tires, they probably wouldn’t even have checked it and would have charged the next person who would have reported it! The damage cost (and they added an admin fee to it) isn’t worth my time fighting for it but rest assure, we won’t be renting from Payless again.
