The staff at Pep Boys were friendly and welcoming, but the pricing was excessive. I was quoted nearly $400 to change my headlights because the bumper needed to be removed. While I understand the complexity, with the right tools, this shouldn't take very long.
The technician was honest, explaining that most of the cost would be for labor, but it felt like they were stretching the labor time unnecessarily.
I decided to leave and went to another shop, where the job was completed in about 40 minutes for a flat $100.

They refuse to look into the system to see if it has a guarantee for the alignment that I had done at another Pepboys store.The excuse was that they did not have access and that the system did not communicate between stores.

Please save your money and time! I will never be returning to this place. Apparently, this is the headquarters for Orlando/the main store and it’s such a disgrace. I am displeased with the service done on my car—the issue was not rectified at all. The service manager, Britney, has one of the worst attitudes I have ever came across. Her demeanor and attitude was horrendous. The other employees know about how nasty she is, how she treats customers, and everyone just stands there and don’t say anything.
Nothing was explained to me, no one helped me, my service was more expensive than I was quoted, no one provided me with suggestions moving forward, and I felt like I was not heard and like I was being rushed—essentially as if I was a bother. I did not appreciate that at all. Again, do NOT go to this Pep Boys.

Went in a while back for replacement tires, they informed me my T.P. Sensor was shot on one of the tires. By the time all was said and done, none of my Tire Pressure sensors are reading, and the truck drives worse with the new tires then when I brought it in, poorly placed weight maybe.. left Vm asking for follow-up never came. 1 star for getting the tires mounted I guess😒

Appointments do not mean anything here. Appointment for 2pm, over two hours and still waiting! Simple oil change and tire patch! Take your business elsewhere.

I took my brother to the airport and the low tire pressure light came on. I dropped my car off and was told it would be about an hour … I got a text which supposedly updated me on the progress of my car… fast forward about 2.5 hours … no updates and the location was about to close. Still no progress updates. Then, I was told there was a nail in my tire which they could not patch because they….wait for it …a tire store had no plugs or patches. They said they would put more air in the tire and charged over $100… I think they did nothing and just wanted to go home. The car is now in my driveway with an extremely low back tire. Tomorrow I will be calling AAA and going to Tire Kingdom.

I had an appointment for 4pm and when I get there, they tell me their guys are on lunch and I have to wait an hour to even be seen. Ended up waiting 3 hours for a simple oil change/tire patching and they told me they couldn’t even patch my tire because my tread was too low. Still charged me $21 for a “tire repair” tho even tho literally no repair was done. Bad experience, prob won’t return

An uncomfortable place to visit, a simple safety check took over 2 hours. Employees seemed to not know how to work together as a team.

After much thought, the shop gets 4 stars.
They did the work i asked, without question or refusing.
Minus 1 star, they were VERY busy when I arrived, did not give me an honest time frame for pickup and I had to call several times, which I didn't like!.
The replacement tires are OK, they seem very balanced and that's wonderful.

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience at this location. I made an appointment to align my vehicle and acquire new tires. Making an appointment was easy and the staff were courteous at check-in. The service was relatively slow, I waited around 4 hours to get my vehicle back. When I picked it up, I noticed that the vehicle had not been aligned properly. Additionally, upon closer inspection, one of the tires was the wrong size and when they were working on my vehicle the technicians made a dent in the bumper. I’ve had to go back 4 times to try and get my vehicle aligned. As it pertains to the dent on the bumper, I was told that a claim to have the car fixed had been sent to corporate but I have yet to hear back. I decided to do my service here because of the affordable pricing, however, after this experience I will not be back. I thought I had left my vehicle in the hands of professionals, but was disappointed. I’m knowledgeable about mechanics and was able to pinpoint these issues, I feel for those customers who do not know when they are being ripped off.

Hello, my experience was very bad, they charged me more than 2000 pesos for a catalyst and a spark plug. Something so cheap and they charge 3 times. More instrument and etc. they charge you even for the instruments they use when it should be included in the labor price. That fix cost more than buying a new engine for my car. For me it was a money scam. I don't recommend the place to anyone
