I was blown away by so many aspects of your company's urban style that I had to take a moment to absorb all the surreal sporting equipment you have available. The owner was polite and respectful and allowed me to do my job without any interference. One thing about me is I like to challenge the traditional appearance of a would-be company analyst. I really enjoyed peeping the scene on this one. My only gripe was the prices incorporated which were not considered budget friendly enough for me. For this reason alone I deducted 1 star ⭐ Keep up the great work!!

Great service when buying from there amazing and huge range but even better after sales service when I had a small warranty issue, I can’t thank Mike and Bill enough for how quick and easy they sorted my issue and had me back out on the waterAwesome guys, really appreciate the efforts

awesome place for snowboarding needs, they have burton products all with really good prices especially for florida, the staff was super friendly and very helpful, got me a great deal on a pair of boots and offered advice through the whole interaction.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! Bill and his staff were SO helpful! We were in traffic coming from a distance and he stayed an extra 10 minutes to get our kids exactly what they needed. Not only was this store great they were genuinely kind! Appreciate it so much! You all really just made our trip so much better!

Bill and his team at Performance are nothing short of incredible. I have been a customer since 1995 and have just had another order delivered to me here in the USA on my travels. What is amazing about Performance Ski and Surf is that Bill has managed to maintain the world class service over this entire period which is truly remarkableThanks for your help and advice on getting my last order done and delivered so promptly? This company is amazing! With most online businesses, you can't even get a "live person" to speak with. Even if you do get to talk to a representative, they rarely can answer your question on the product you are interested in. This is "not" the case at Performance Ski and Surf! These people are incredibly knowledgeable and are passionate about their sports and the products they sell. I want to give a special shout out to Danielle! She was amazing! She had a deep knowledge of each product I asked her about and "really cared" about me as a customer. She patiently answered each of my questions on multiple products that I was interested in. It's been a long time since I have been assisted by such a competent and caring sales representative! You are my now "go to" water sports store! Thank you so much! Sincerely, Carl G.

We brought our 12 year old son named P man on his make a wish he wanted to see the ocean and play in it but couldn't because of severe chemo sores. They fitted him with a drysuit to make his dream come true they are angels that will never be forgotten. The wells family

This is such a great shop and has an amazing staff. We are fairly new to the world of water sports and everyone here has answered all questions we throw at them. The owner is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. You can answer any question you have and truly teach you about it all. All with a smile on his face. He makes sure everyone that walks into his shop is happy and taken care of. You can tell this is not just a business to them, but a lifestyle and one they love. We will do all of our watersports shopping here and I would highly recommend everyone does as well! The moment you step into the shop you will see why.

When I first visited here I couldn’t believe the inventory and variety of gear and boards that they had in stock! The entire place is clean the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! They have all the best gear to get you on the water! I was on a trip where I demoed one of their park boards and it was great. I will definitely be a lifelong customer and visit again soon!

I live in NC and have purchased all of my families wake and snow gear from Performance. Bill and the team have been amazing to work with on every transaction and everything always ships same day.
