My experience was not good..I had to set up everything online and while I had my stuff waiting in a Uhaul truck noone had came into the office for over a week..it cost me more money for Uhaul truck, I use wheelchair so I had to pay movers and extra cost for waiting then I had to call another store just get a lock, this was a terrible experience for me considering easy it could have been.
