I can't say enough about Dawn & Monica she is the most wonderful, kindest and caring person I have had the pleasure of getting to know. She is all about Customer Service & Satisfaction and will go out of her way to help anyone she can. I would recommend this Storage Facility to anyone. Go and see Dawn and tell her Tim sent you. She will go out of her way to make sure your Storage Locker is clean and keeps the facility nice and clean. Thank you Dawn for being such a wonderful Manager

Dawn was so helpful getting us set up with our unit .
She was so professional and on top of everything.
Her customer service was outstanding, you don't find that kind of service anymore. You can tell she loves her job and appreciates her customers.
This is my first time renting a storage unit and she helped damn near everything, except the loading of the unit.😄

Worked with Dawn and she was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I had an ongoing issue that went on for months and she was the 1st person able to resolve it where the same issue doesn't happen again. Great job, Dawn!

I rented a unit from this place this morning.Went down south to retrieve my belongings from West Palm Beach,FL.Made it back here tonight went to put my belongings in the storage unit,and it had a lock on it.I notify the company on what was going on.He tells me the place was closed today,which we didn't know that until we got there.Which he should've adviced us on that so we could've rent from another storage business.He gives me another unit to try,and it had a lock on it as well.This place is ridiculous 😒....If you rented from them make sure you DO NOT GO THERE ON A WEDNESDAY!!!!!
