The property across the street at 4211 N. Orange Blossom Trail that is part of personal mini storage is a dump. You have people living out of multiple units which is illegal. You have People, painting, cars and dumping chemicals into the ground, and this property is located on Lake Fairview, where children and family swim on the weekends. The mail manager is extremely rude. I would not rent from this place if it was $10 a month. All of the electrical is out of code. That is why they had a major fire about 10 months ago. Always parked behind the yellow line, which is there in case of a fire for fire truck to have access if you want overspray on your car or it’s a deal with rude managers. This is the place for you. I’m surprised the city has not shut them down for all of the electrical being out of code and people living in the facilities. Three there has been three homicides at this location. The managers don’t care And the owner doesn’t care and no cameras Are there and if you have your own camera that make you take it down. They also do not prorate rent is what they say so they evict people on the day that their rent is due so if you’re paid ahead of time they give you no money back for that month you paid And also kept security deposit. Have a lawyer working on this now.

Whitney went above and beyond to get me in a unit. She had multiple things going on and not once did I feel overlooked or ignored. She was great to work with! The place is clean and tidy and well lit at night. Great place!

I rented a U-Haul truck from this mini-storage location and had a bad experience. The truck already had a specific number of miles when I picked it up. I drove about 50 miles total and returned it the same day. When I received the final bill, they charged me for 80 extra miles beyond what I actually drove. No one could explain why, and they refused to correct it. The staff gave no reason or help. Poor transparency, inaccurate mileage charge, and no accountability.
