Great, wonderful & quick service, I was really upset & worried, but they eased my fears & also got to see online when my kitties were rehomed/adopted out too (which was fast as well)

I don’t even know what to think after this experience. Two hours after drop off I was called and told that my dog was pregnant when they went in to fix her. They completed the surgery and aborted the pregnancy. I told them that’s not possible I explained she is with us 100% of the time and I promised them they had to have the wrong dog. They insisted, the person on the phone with me stated “I’ll go check to make sure” she came back and insisted. I was sick to my stomach and beside myself I would have never signed off on them aborting puppies. They said she was half way through the pregnancy and yet couldn’t tell me how many puppies or anything else. I spent all morning going through the footage from our home security cameras were I can see her I went through months of footage and there was never a time that she was away from us or around an unfixed dog. I called back and insisted something else must be going on and I was told by their operator that she spoke to the manager and the manager told her that the doctor has photos of the puppies and they would SEND ME THE PHOTOS. I said you absolutely will not I’ve been sick over this all day and I’m 100% sure she’s not pregnant. The woman, Debra, assured me it was my dog and no way there could be a mistake. She described the whole process. She clearly stated she was right, my dog was pregnant and there are pictures that would be sent to me to prove it.Finally, the manager calls me and says “because you made such a fuss about this the doctor decided to open the uterus- which we don’t typically do- and discovered she is absolutely not pregnant. There is an unknown tumor and so there’s going to be a $300 charge to find out if it’s cancerous!”But you have pictures of the puppies I was told?!?!How do you trust anything that is said to you when it’s one lie after another and there’s a charge for every lie they tell!!Please don’t get trapped in this scary place like we did these people clearly do not care about animals. I asked her why she doesn’t do a pregnancy test to ensure and she stated “because we do too many procedures it would be too much to test each one.” So you’d rather kill puppies instead?!This is not a humane place I don’t know what to believe with them. Was there a tumor? Wasn’t there? If there is one, will they actually test it or just tell me I need more treatment? How do you believe anything when an employee stated clear as day to me there are pictures of puppies that don’t exist!! Do they just keep dead puppy photos around to extort people?Just find a reputable veterinary. Otherwise you’ll be stuck pulling your hair out with worry about your baby and not being able to get any proper answers.

Please don’t adopt here. We came in and adopted a kitten. My kids had severe allergies while we had the cat in our care. So we returned the cat after a week. You’d think they’d refund our money back nope. If I wanted to donate I would’ve just donated. I got the cat to help my daughter but yet you guys stole from her.

The people at Pet Alliance cat shelter have been so helpful! With the help of Cathy Houde, I was able to TNR 13 feral adult cats. In addition to the adults there were 2 litters of kittens. I was able to bring 3 kittens in for adoption and have a remaining 8 that I am fostering and will be bringing them in shortly. The people at Pet Alliance are so caring and wonderful! Orlando is very fortunate to have such an organization here.

I started fostering kittens for Wednesday's community cats and kittens of central florida. Feral kitties go to Pet Alliance for checkups and meds. Once up to 2 lbs and socialized they are pit up for adoption. Great staff of people there who truly care about these cats and kittens!!!

I do fostering for this facility. If anyone is ever interested in fostering a cat or kittens get in contact With Susan. They are in need of fosters. Also a great place to adopt a cat to a forever home. The kitten in the pic was Ebony of who we fostered for 2 weeks
