I count out the medicine I bring to pet paradise. When I brought my dog home, I noticed there was some medicine left. After counting, I realized my dog did not receive ANY of his medicine during his visit. He takes medicine for allergies. Without his medicine, my dog must have been miserable for most of his stay. He now has several wounds where he scratched himself for relief, and I fear they may be infected. Now I will need to take time off of work to take him to the vet. I don't ever intend to bring my dog back.

I have been taking my dog to this place for more than 1 year, and I always wanted to trust that they treated her well. but this particular time my experience was terrible. They called me to tell me that she wasn't eating, that she was dehydrated, had diarrhea and had no spirits, even though I sent her her food, I don't know if they will give her any other food or anything. They were unable to give her water or anything to hydrate her, they waited for me to arrive. Then when I arrived they had a very strange attitude, they didn't show their face to me. I felt very bad and disappointed, I won't take it to this place anymore and I advise you NOT to take them to this location. I DON'T TRUST THEM ANYMORE

Very nice and they noticed that we were buying food for a ferrit. Then proceeded to tell us that there's a free ferrit that is free due to a fractured back leg if we were interested because no one is coming to get her. The point is they are ve friendly and actually love animals. ❤️

Booking agent sold me 4 hours a day of play time and reality was my Mona got 2 brief potty breaks in first 18 hours and they would not have told me this was the plan unless I had called to check in and see how she was doing. Dark and small cage and no play time due to "staffing shoetages" yet the booking agent will happily sell you a bill of goods. I had to cancel a trip, go pick her up and move her, then re-book. No refunds and no apologies. Go to Lake Nona or Lake Buena Vista and avoid this location at all costs.

Maggie was in daycare for 2 days while we went into the park. Maggie had a great time. The staff are excellent. She was a tired pup at the end of her days. That was great. I highly recommend Pets Paradise.

When we travel we leave our furbaby here. The staff is nice and attentive to our pups needs. Our pup is tiny and sensitive to other dogs, this location offers private play (huge plus); which allows her to have human interaction and not be left for hours instead.Additionally, something that I like about this place is that it smells good when you walk in the place. They are very particular about cleanliness and value keeping our pets safe.We will continue to utilize this establishment when we leave for our of town. Highly recommend!

Meet the fam day was an unbeatable offer. Perfect option for spending the day at Disney. The staff was kind and patient. Only thing that could have been improved was more activity on the play area cameras. Overall a great experience and the dog came back tired and happy.

Katrina and all the Pet Paradise staffs are amazing! It’s incredible to see the attention they provide to the dogs and the owners. Truly proving a five star experience to your 4 legged friend.

We initially liked the place, but the check-in in the morning took a long time, because no one was at the front desk, and we had to search for the Lady inside of the building. When we picked up the dogs they wanted to go to the bathroom pretty bad, we don't know when they have been walked. Feels like 5-6 hours at least. Also, both of the dogs were extremely anxious. We never had these issues with the Winter Garden location.

Please I beg anyone reading this message DO NOT LEAVE your pets here please! If you deeply love them don’t leave them in this place. I know Christmas is coming up and you might need a place to leave your pet but Listen to me! THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE PLACE ON EARTH. Did you know that they close at 8pm, turn off the lights and there is no one left to take care of your pets ?. This is how my precious dog passed away just 3 days ago! My heart is broken

0 stars if it was allowed. Pet Paradise Orlando Airport turned my reservation away when I had a flight to board for Thanksgiving. A worker tried to get the manager to see if any accommodations could be made because my dog is in heat but he/she couldn’t even come out to discuss. This was my family vacation planned for months. I am now unable to go. If you’re paying an outrageous amount of money for non compatible dogs where they are isolated you should not have to comb through the website to find out they will turn the pre paid reservation away. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Stay away.

I got a free day for day care tried it, the place smells like poop and piss when you walk in as if they aren’t thoroughly cleaning. Also my dog is partially white and he walked out yellow like he sat in piss all day. I never went back and never will. Says a lot since my boy has always gone to central bark on young pine and their facility doesn’t smell, and they also have pools and my pup never once came home yellow after going in their pool so what the heck it’s going on here??? If i could give 0 stars i would.

EDIT: Despite the business responding to this review saying they would reach out, no one ever did.••From 6-28 to 7-2, I boarded my dog at Pet Paradise Orlando Airport. My dog used to stay here regularly until the Lake Nona campus opened. I only moved him due to Lake Nona’s outside play areas. We previously liked staying here.During the above mentioned days, Lake Nona campus was fully booked. I decided to board my dog here again as I had done in the past. When I dropped Charlie off, I noticed that the lobby didn’t smell very clean, but I assumed a dog had recently had an accident and moved on. I left my little 10 pound dog there with faith that I was leaving him somewhere safe. I was wrong. When I picked up my little dude on 7-2, I walked into the lobby. It reeeeked. It smelled terrible, and I could hear what sounded like every single dog in the back barking as though they were in distress. I said I was there to pick up my dog, and the only front desk associate went to retrieve him. She didn’t return for over 15 minutes (I’ve never waited that long). During this 15 minutes, I grew steadily more concerned with the constant barking and the delay of the associate. I looked inside the cat room and noticed it hadn’t been cleaned properly in awhile (filthy floors and cat equipment). Finally, the associate returned carrying my dog.Keep in mind that my dog is boarded at Pet Paradise facilities regularly. Whenever I pick him up, he comes Sprinting out with a huge smile and is super excited to see me. He LOVES his day camp and boarding days. He loves his Lake Nona and Lake Buena Vista pet associates and is always happy when they’re around. He just about jumps out of the car when we pull up for drop off. This time, he wasn’t enthusiastic at all. He was shaky, dirty, and was acting depressed and traumatized. He was so upset that he didn’t even greet me. He just curled up in the car and hid away in his carrier. He smelled to high heaven. I know the line is that they get dirty when they play and that he was there for a couple of days, but I’ve had him at Lake Nona for over a week and a half before and he has never smelled as badly as he did after a few days here. My immediate impression was that they must have stuck him in a dirty kennel covered in urine because he was so dirty. I immediately took him home and bathed him to get the smell of urine off of his entire body.I will never ever trust Pet Paradise Orlando Airport with my dog again. Thankfully, the folks at Lake Nona gave him extra loves on his next stay to show him that they aren’t like this facility. Don’t leave your animals here.
