Bugs crawling outside and inside of plastic wrapped dog chews. Manager was advised and showed ZERO interest and did not even look at me when I explained the situation nor did she respond to me.

Been shopping here since I moved to Conway in February. No one barely greets you. People with poor social skills and none customer service at all. This new generation of adults are terrible for any public service place. Everytime I come here I get looked like I am going to steal something. I make a lot of money and I come spend it here all the time for all 5 of my cats. And every time I try to Price match especially that one big young manager always looks at me like she dont believe me, even though I am literally showing them on google THE INTERNET the prices I am trying to price match. WHY EVEN HAVE A HUGE SIGN SAYING “we price match” if they going to give you an attitude every time. Get rid of these people. This page has a lot of bad reviews.

Customer support is very poor. Been shopping there for years, and now they changed there rewards system and it auto redeem. Customer service is not helpful. I lost $20 in rewards and they could care less. I will be shopping elsewhere since no one cares

My wife placed an online order. I told them her name, where the order would be located, and the confirmation email but they gave me a hard time picking the order up anyway. Was required to provide her license and card info even though she wasn't with me.

I love this store but honestly the girl behind the counter is not helpful at all. When trying to use coupons I got sent to my email she kept saying they are not active. I showed her the email and she just shrugged. When I asked if a manager would know more she said oh let's try again then miraculously the coupons worked. I'd rather go to the winter park location where they're definitely a lot more helpful and nice

They wouldn't let me pick up my order because my name, which is in the process of being changed to what is on the order, doesn't match my ID despite having the original form of payment and receipt. They also refused to give me an immediate refund despite having the original form of payment and receipt on hand. I’m not sure why you're in customer service when you lack the capacity to have common sense or any semblance of discretion. Based on the reviews of this place, anything that has to do with common sense and actual pet care seems beyond the pale.
Now I know what pet supplies plus to avoid.
