I made an appointment at 3:30 pm for Grooming and drove for 40 minutes to be told when I arrived that they couldn't see my dog because they didn't have time anymore. I don't understand why they have the appointments available and when you get there they make excuses saying that the dog has behavioral problems, and it's not enough and this is a lie. I've been taking her for 4 years and they've never said anything like this about my dog, she's too calm! ... terrible service!!!

Always a mess with poor communication and customer service. I understand being understaffed yet there is a different between to much going on without enough people and not enough care for the job. I just want to buy some dirt for my enclosure not listening to walkie talkies for 15 minutes throughout the store without any service.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. The grooming center manager is extremely rude, unprofessional, and should not be working for the company. Based on other reviews I've seen, I'm not the first customer to have this experience. Also, on a side note, this store is run down and in serious need of a remodel.

Joselyn was one of the most nonchalant and rudest cashiers ever. I shop and Petco all the time and this petco was by far my worst experience. I feed my dogs the dog food brand Arcana and my fiancé and I noticed our dog having diarrhea and pooping blood. We took him to the vet and decided we would go to the store and inform them of our experience with dog food we got from THERE store. While informing the snoody customer service rep she said it’s nothing she can do what is she suppose to do and instead of responding with care and remorse not even trying to explain what we can do because this food is food brand we buy all the time! She just gave us a nasty cold shoulder and made nasty faces the entire time. Even a greeting would’ve been nice. Even the manager seemed to have a problem talking to her. People that don’t have customer service experience do not need to work with people especially when it’s pertaining to dogs and dogs health. Unfortunately, I can’t let this go because this is my dogs health. People that do not care about that Do not need to work at a pet store. The manager was great though ,I feel bad that he has to deal with someone that is so nasty.

i usually go to millenia and have zero issues. scheduled a grooming appt here today and once we were pulling into our home we get a call saying they "can't groom our dog". pretty ridiculous - even the millenia staff couldn't understand why that is. they have never had a problem. i have a golden retriever? they are the nicest dogs...yes she gets anxious but aren't you trained for that? a complete waste of time and extremely inconvenient. i saw some reviews stating this location gives tons of excuses and cancels appointments often and i can see why. wont ever be back here

I can honestly see why there is so much availability when it comes to grooming, you guys are lazy and find every excuse in the book to cancel appointments. I’ve never had any issues with grooming my dog at any other petco. But the minute I booked it with you guys cause my normal location which is lee vista petco was over booked YOU guys called and cancel…. Great way to do business… YOU GUYS SUCK!!!!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT GO HERE FOR GROOMING YOUR PETS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE LOCATION ON LEE VISTA AND SEMORAN BLVD

Not much cat items. It looked very empty.
Also ordered cat food 24 cans thinking I would get a case . Instead I got 24 loose cans that were so dented that I had to return them.
