Was there last night. Friendly staff who asked about my cat in checking out. Had bottled drinks to purchase at register so I got a water.

I had a very disappointing experience at this grooming salon. The staff were incredibly rude, both to the puppies and to customers. They didn’t seem to know how to handle our puppy and were not responsive or helpful in any way. We went in with high hopes, but when we arrived, they informed us it was peak hour and charged us an extra $5 without any prior notice. The service was unprofessional and overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst store ever!! I can’t even return an item I bought online and have to go in person ? I ordered it online and just wanted to return it but this doordash collab they have is a mess! If you order an item and need to return it ? You have to go in person? I work long hours and now I’m stuck with a broken item and lord only knows when I can go there in person !! Don’t buy from this company they suck

Great location I bought my daughter's Christmas ferret from here. They have amazing black Friday deals. Staff was very well informed assisted us with everything we needed for the lil fur baby.We made out like bandits with her little bandit and all the food and supplies with an amazing discount.

I had a wonderful time at Petsmart with my 2-year-old. He wanted to buy a blue fish, and we were assisted by a helpful staff member named Teena. She patiently helped my son pick out his new fish and guided us in getting all the necessary supplies. Teena also took the time to show my son other animals, and he was particularly excited to see the snake. We are grateful for Teena's patience and assistance. Thank you!
