  Made an 9am Grooming apt for my dog (bath & nail trim). 12pm comes around and I didn't receive a call/text so I went and asked for a status. Was told she would be done in 15 mins. 12:20 comes around and was finally called to pick up my dog. Once I enter, they tell me they did not finish trimming her nails (they did 2 paws). My dog is nearly 14 years old. I've taken her to multiple grooming sessions, and I've never had to wait for over 3 hours to pick up my dog and to be told they did not finish the service. Then I was told that next time I should pick an earlier time for my appt so they can work on trimming her nails before the influx of animals come in. I was very shocked they told me that and reminded them her appt was at 9am, and the tech stayed quiet. This is my second time coming to this particular Petsmart (1st time was around the holidays and they did a great job then). I'm honestly very disappointed in the service I experienced this time around and will not be returning.

  Doesn't honor sale prices. Big sign saying buy one get one 50% off cat litter went to get 4 cat litters and the manager told me they can't do the buy one get one 50% off because its no longer on sale and that the sale ended 5 days ago. If it ended 5 days ago, how about get rid of the big ah sign? Only answer is that the manager is lazy 😴

  I wish I could give this place a negative rating. I took my puppy to be groomed by Matt on 02/10, and while the grooming initially seemed okay (not excellent, but passable), I quickly realized something was very wrong. That same night, I noticed his scrotum appeared swollen, and over the next few days, he developed diarrhea and painful bumps in the area.
  
  After spending $105 on the grooming, I had to bathe him again, take him to the vet, and purchase medication and a collar to prevent further irritation. The vet mentioned possible causes, including dirty tools, shaving too close, or an allergic reaction to products used. On top of that, my puppy was still damp when I picked him up—completely unacceptable for a professional grooming service.
  
  To make matters worse, this place doesn’t seem very clean. My dog is now being tested for worms he may have contracted there, and I’m still waiting for the results. As a single mom to both a fur baby and a real baby, unexpected expenses like this are frustrating, and the lack of accountability from this business is infuriating. When I called to speak with a manager, I was placed on hold for 30 minutes, and no one ever answered.
  
  This establishment is unprofessional, unsanitary, and a complete waste of money. I strongly advise pet owners to take their business elsewhere.

  I take my dog to Petsmart for her grooming. I purchased the holiday special. They asked if I wanted what she got last time and I said yes! (Kylee did a good job last time after the Waterford location butchered my dog's coat around the chest.) When I picked her up it didn't seem like she'd gotten a haircut at all, barely nails trimmed and some missed, she looked coated in product(which smelled great, mind you!), and I had to remind them about the holiday package I purchased which comes with the holiday bandana, coupon book, and toy.. the 4 stars is because I know there's quality there but this was a miss and frustrating since I paid for a particular service.

  I wish they carried more niche aquarium animals like ornamental shrimp, but they have everything else you need for an aquarium and they're great in a pinch and they're open 7 days a week. Can't argue.

  The worst grooming experience I’ve had with my cat. Told them to just trim up the bottom, her paws, and by her tail (she’s a longer haired cat) and they didn’t listen at all. They shaved some of her fur off, rather than using scissors, and there are chunks of fur missing from areas. They made her honestly look like a short haired cat. The only way you can tell she isn’t is because she has a fluffy nail naturally. The haircut they gave her was a haircut for dogs. Cats are not dogs!!! You do not groom them the same. Genuinely never coming here again. If I had known this was going to happen, I would’ve taken my service elsewhere. What they did to my cat is just horrible and I do not recommend ANY CAT OWNER WHATSOEVER to bring their cat to this PetSmart. Matt (the only cat groomer) does not know cats like he advertises.

  One of the only ones that close at 8. Girl who yelled it in the parking lot was rude. Other ones are in better areas and close later. Skip this one.

  Petsmart sold my dog to someone else after she went missing! She was chipped, but Petsmart allows people to "rescue" dogs and sell them without ever checking for an owner!
