I’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience renting at The Phenix Salon Suites in SODO. From day one, Cyro the landlord was phenomenal. He was always communicative, easy to reach, and genuinely dedicated to keeping the space clean and welcoming. The entire environment was friendly and drama free, which is such a rare gem in this business. If I ever step back into this line of work, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to rent from Cyro again. Five stars all the way!

I had my own suite inside of Phenix Salon. Had a great experience at the suite. Clean and well maintained. Management is good with communication. I would recommend if you’re looking to provide a private experience to your clients. 10/10

I recently visited the Phenix Salon Suites at SoDo, and I must express my disappointment with the overall atmosphere. The pervasive smell of marijuana within the premises was not only unpleasant but also unprofessional. It's disheartening to encounter an environment where such strong odors are tolerated, as it detracts from the intended ambiance of a salon.

Phoenix salon suites were hands down the best but not only the stylist were amazing but the whole building. I lost my Apple Watch inside and in the whole building pitched in to help me find it.The cleaning staff made sure to lock my watch up somewhere safe. Thank you so much. If I could rate over 5 stars I would. The watch was found if you guys were wondering. I can’t wait to come back! ?

Selma Lyman has her own salon inside. She the it girl for perfect t color and cut. It's also private so you won't have to share your spa e or time. ♥️ her!
