They contract with Sam's delivery and are horrible. will not deliver a bed up one flight of stairs even I offered my son to help. who does a bed delivery with only one person. Common Sense tells you you need two people to do these deliveries. Never had a problem with any other company delivering furniture but this one. Sam's you will lose money and business you better find a new contractor.

Basically same experience that others have had. I ordered a washer and dryer set. Close to $200 in shipping costs. The time slot i chose for delivery is between 12-3pm to make sure i am home so it wont sit on my driveway. The tracking info says july 31st delivery, but it hasnt updated since july 25th. On july 31st i get a text message from a Teresa, who i find out is the delivery driver, asking if i have a gate in regards to tomorrows delivery. So it will be a day late even with almost $200 being spent on shipping. I called their customer service, and their was no customer service. When it comes to money i dont care about excuses. If youre paid to do a job, you do it.
Avoid a shipping company that shares your phone number, doesnt care about delivery quotas, and doesnt care about making their service better for the customers.

Unprofessional joke of a company. They delivered my item destroyed, then never showed up for multiple pickups. Never answer the phone and when they do its just a bunch of lies.

Consistently damaging goods and leaving things far away from the door. 3 seperate occasions. No help. Poor scheduling of delivery. It's a simple job but somehow this company makes it difficult. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

It has to be the absolute worst delivery service in Orlando. I ended up having to drive to their warehouse to get my TV. They told me each day for 3 days that my TV would be delivered. They lied multiple times each day. Avoid at all costs!!

Total trash of a company, stayed home to sign for delivery and was told that the truck it was supposed to be on had issues and now it won't be able to be delivered until tomorrow. If you are a freight company, you should have multiple trucks for delivery, a breakdown isn't a good reason to not make deliveries to customers

Uncommunicative, unprofessional, and unreliable. Second time waiting for an Amazon order to be delivered and it did not come. No heads-up whatsoever, no transparency, no accountability.
Avoid at all costs. Whatever deal you think you're getting is not worth it.
