Was in town for a conference and found some other attendees with some really great looking food. I got Chef’s number and placed my order for the next day. She hand delivered 2 home cooked delicious meals for me and the price was comparable to the food trucks outside. Thanks chef for coming through!

Pinch of my Cuisine is a Private Chef business and Products by Chef Ingrid Alliancec located in Ocoee, Orlando. She serves Haitian's classic recipe and ship them all around the US.
The Chef called herself the Queen of Haitian Cuisine, because she felt that the Pearl Island has an hidden face that needs to be revealed, how?
By introducing some herbs remedies from into her inspirational herbs mixed called Epis. Has we known that this last is the starter of any great meal back home, but has back in the day we've used some natural preservation, why not now! Which leads the Queen to create some organic and dried herbs and spices.
It's a little glimpse of the unknown to be revealed.
