This company is absolutely terrible they lost my packages n are refusing to help. If you ship using eBay or Esty n you see this name as a shipping partner cancel look them up they are notorious for losing customers packages

Haven't had a package lost yet, been using them for over 2 years now. Customer service kinda sucky, but all in all, they get the job done .
