Worst customer service and you calll to claim you’re food they will hold on then hang up the phone you call again do same hang up pizza dry and you paid extra for dipping sauce paid for all this sauce they don’t come in not even one. Horrible customer service ordered pizza and wings and soda didn’t deliver my soda I kept calling about it and she kept hanging up . She wasn’t trying to give me a refund or a soda .

These people in here do not want to work. General manager answer my call and says "hold" I guess she forgot to actually put me on hold and she says " I ain't gon be dealing w people chy pls " first off ghetto. Do not come buy here they are INFESTED with ants and roaches. They dont wear hair nets but be passing there hands all through that weave then go to the back and make yo pizza with NO gloves.Disgusting.. the owner of this little franchise need to stop listening to the general manager saying everything is ok bc it is not .

I ordered the $7 deal which consisted of a half pepperoni/sausage Pizza and cheese sticks. The pizza looked oddly shaped, burnt and unevenly cut. The cheese sticks were pretty good but over all I will not visit this location again. Please look at the reviews before ordering before you are disappointed.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza last night 1/24/24 and it was not good at all. I’ve been to the Kirkman location plenty of times. When my family came home with my pizza it was barely cut into slices which meant I had to break it apart. For a pizza it was really tuff. The taste was gross and was like cardboard. Not sure what cardboard taste like but I’m sure that pizza was similar. Doubt I’ll be ordering anytime soon again. Not the best quality ??

I seriously have no clue how this location is still in business. If it was up to me I would shut them down for good. The manager is very rude. I went the other day and was waiting in line. Some other people came in after me and stated they were picking up customer orders for Uber Eats and Door Dash. The manager started to tell them all Uber Eats and Door Dash orders would not be fulfilled so they left.When I got to the front of the line I advised the manager that I had a mobile order and she proceeded to raise her voice and yell at me talking about "did you not hear me when I said all Uber Eats and Door Dash orders were cancelled? Do you not listen?!" I advised her that I am neither an Uber Eats or Door Dash customer and that I had placed an order on the Pizza Hut app. She then proceeded to get my order. No apology. Don't raise your voice at me like I am one of your kids. I am a paying customer. If you are stressed out or overworked you call it a day and go home.If you plan to call them to place an order, well goodluck. They NEVER answer their phone EVER. Sometimes when you go there is no line so I go right to the front counter only to have employees stare at me from the back of the kitchen and then proceed to rudely ignore you before coming out to assist you 5 or 10 minutes later. They don't do curbside pickup even though the app and website both give you the option to select that for this location. No wonder pizzahut is bankrupt! No idea how this location is still in business!

To night 12/9, 2023, about 8 pm one of the ladies who works in this place was insulated me. She is a short black lady, not too fat not too thin. This kind the animal supposed to leave at the zoo.
