Friendly atmosphere, spacious and no crowds. I do not feel I'm being rushed off of a machine. Very comfortable workout space to be in.

I came from a well known gym whose monthly fee is more expensive yet the facilities were always dirty and unorganized. The staff were inattentive. This PF location is the complete opposite. The staff are so kind, always greeting you hello and goodbye with a smile. It's always clean as someone is usually walking around cleaning. The weights are actually where they're supposed to be instead of scattered all throughout. Its overall just a very pleasant environment and I enjoy my workouts because of it. Thank you Conway PF management and staff for all that you do!

DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. THIS GYM LOCATION DO NOT HAVE HOT WATER I REPEAT DO NOT HAVE HOT WATER AT ALLLLLLL. WHATS THE SENSE OF SOMEONE BEING A MEMBER MUCH LESS A BLACK CARD MEMBER AND YOU CAN UTILIZE THE GYM FOR YOUR DAILY NEEDS??? PPL TRSVRL FROM ALL OVER THE COUNTRY AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THAT NONSENSE!!! IF THIS FRANCHISE OWNER CANNOT KEEP UP EITHER THE EXPECTATION AND GUIDELINES OF PLANET FITNESS THEN MAYBE HE/SHE SHOULD CLOSE THE LOCATION DOWN!!!! THIS WAS A TOTAL INCONVENIENCE ON ALL LEVELS AND I WOULD NEVER RETURN. MATTER OF FACT IM CANCELLING MY POLICY TODAY AS WE SPEAK BCZ THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE.

Planet Fitness at Belle Isle is outstanding! The staff is friendly, attentive, and respectful, creating a welcoming community vibe. The gym is consistently clean, with a variety of machines available. The positive atmosphere makes it an ideal place for all fitness levels. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a positive and enjoyable fitness experience!
