DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE!! If I could leave 0 stars for this salon, I would. I truly can't believe how unprofessional the groomers are, and more importantly, the owner of the salon. I brought my 8 year old dog in on October 7th for a full groom. A few days later I noticed there were tons of red bumps on her belly, that she had a bunch of bloody scabs in both of her ears, and she was rubbing her butt on the carpet so much that it became raw and inflamed. I called the salon on the 11th, didn't get an answer, so I left a voicemail explaining my concerns and asking if the groomer noticed any bumps on her belly or scabs in her ears during the groom, not placing any blame or trying to get someone in trouble, just genuinely trying to figure out the timeline. I left my name and number and never received a call back. I called again on October 14th, and I did speak with the woman who groomed my dog. I asked if she noticed any bumps on her belly or scabs in her ears, she said she did not. I asked her what products she used on her or if the blade was possibly dull, just trying to figure out why she was having this reaction. I told her I could send her pictures of what I saw so she could try to help me figure out what may have caused it. First she said, "oh well she's just a puppy and sometimes puppies react badly to their first groom." Again, my dog is 8 years old and has been groomed a countless amount of times, so that's not an option. She then apologized that it was a very busy day and she may not have properly sanitized her blades, and for that she was sorry. Then she offered to give my dog a medical bath free of charge. I thought about it for a bit, and I felt very uncomfortable bringing my dog back into a salon where a groomer admitted to not properly sanitizing. This was a huge red flag to me. On October 16th, I brought my dog to the vet as her skin was only getting worse. They ran some labs on her and determined that the bumps on her belly were a skin infection. The bloody scabs in her ears were most likely from an allergic reaction. They also had to express her anal glands as they had not been properly expressed, which is a service that is typically included in a full groom. I paid $78 including a tip to get my 12 pound dog groomed, then spent $288 at the vet between the visit, labs, expression, and medication my dog must now be on for 3 weeks. I was very upset and disappointed about all of this, so on October 17th, I went into the salon with pictures and the itemized bill from my vet, and asked to please speak with the owner or a manager. I felt at this point, I needed to inform her of the situation. I was told there was no manager and the owner was not in. One of the groomers asked what was wrong so I explained a little bit about what was happening. I was very calm and again expressed that I would like to speak to the salon owner and not a groomer, as I did not want any confrontation. The groomer who groomed my dog ended up speaking to me (which I find very unprofessional as I had already expressed I wanted to speak with the owner). She, of course, denied everything she said, and took no ownership for her actions. She took my name and number down for the salon owner to call me. I never received a call. On October 20th, I called the salon once again, asking to speak to the owner, and was told she was not in again. I told the woman I spoke to that I had come in on Tuesday and left my name and number and was still waiting for a call, she took my name and number to give to the owner and said she would be calling me, but yet again, she has not reached out. I find it so incredibly unprofessional and disappointing to not reach out to a client who expressed they are unhappy and was truly worried about the service they paid for. I feel the groomers negligence and lack of professional is what caused my poor baby to have such a bad reaction. Amazing service, friendly staff! Amazing selection of unique toys and treats with an outstanding chew/ raw bar for my pup. I also utilize their doggy daycare while I work so my pet can play with his buds. Cant recommend Plush Paws enough!

very disappointed. I took both my dogs in, one for a mini and one for a full groom. When I talked to them while dropping off, I explained my pomeranian needed a FULL groom and my malshi needed a MINI groom. They responded by saying that my malshi "absolutely does not need cut as he is very short already". About a hour and a half later, I called to double check that they had it correct and they said they understood and that they would call the groomer to come back. When I came to pick them up, I saw that they got it completely mixed up. My malshi with already short hair was basically shaved to his skin and my pomeranian with the longest hair ever wasn't even touched. I am just very confused how this can even happen as it is noticeable which dog needed cut and which didn't, on top of my telling them not once but TWICE. When I told them their mistake, she told me she "could not clarify my conversation with the groomer", but yet she showed no effort to even try. She then offered me to come back and to pay another $50 for my Pomeranian to get the cut that I booked. Absolutely not as it was their mistake and I was very clear. I was a loyal customer, recommending everyone I knew to take their fur babies there as I thought they were incredible the last few times. I told her I will be taking my Pomeranian else where and she told me to "have a nice day". Atrocious customer care, the lack of any kind of effort to resolve the companies mistake has me dumbfounded. In my year so of coming here, I have never experienced such horrible mannerism and lack of resolution skills. As the other groomers/workers sat and only watched the situation of incompetency unfold. I am deeply saddened the way the whole situation went. As I have had a very hard time finding a good groomer care in Orlando. I am at a lost for words.

I took my puppy Zues for a bath, wash and some special perks and they took such good care of him. He smelled so good and his nails were amazing I will definitely take him back. I can’t remember the name of the lady but she did amazing everyone was so helpful and friendly.

Such an amazing staff, they go above and beyond and I know when my pup Ronald is there he is truly cared for. This team has shown great concern and skill with his styling and my dog is not always an easy customer and he looks so cute after his grooming!

Very good experience. I was able to make the appt online and had very prompt response. They did a nice job with my pup and treated her with kindness and affection. Price was quite reasonable, compared to other places that I have been. I will be returning.

I bring in my dog Milo a mini aussie about every six weeks to get a deshedding and mini groom. Plush Paws does an amazing job every time! Milo loves the team of groomers.

What a fabulous job they did on my 10 yr old Maine Coon cat today. He came home smelling so clean and I can tell he feels so much better with just how happy he is. My wife said all of the staff was so friendly and very quick too, less than two hours in and out. It's so hard to find a cat groomer and a good one at that - so I am very pleased to say that this will be our go-to from now on. Thank you!!
