When PNC moved to our area about 10 years ago, they courted our business with dinners and even tickets to shows. We gave them our business accounts, personal accounts, they convinced us to mortgage our professional building with them and we used them for our merchant services.PNC has had some internal changes in the last year and not for the better. We noticed fees and more fees being taken out of our accounts monthly even though we have hundreds of thousands of dollars deposited with them. They started charging $35 wire fees? The final nail in the coffin was the letter we received without prior notice, from Frank Kiernan, VP at the beginning of the COVID 19 pandemic stating that they will not be renewing the Balloon Mortgage on our Building which is due September 1, 2020. Frank was rude and condescending when my husband called to ask why after 10 years doing business with PNC he was being treated this way. My husband called Corporate and was told Frank is a loose cannon. I'm wondering, why is he still with the company? I guess the Federal Reserve will help PNC figure that out.Unfortunately, PNC got so big they have become another candidate for an Anti-Trust lawsuit
