This PNC Pine St. branch has reviews "not being treated as human" same for me! I was treated in a disgusting manner by the manager of this branch! I went there to (1) do a wire transfer to a car dealership, (2) CD account (3) open a savings account. Important transactions I needed to do. I was treated like scum! "THERE IS NO CONFLICT RESOLUTION WITH A BANK" However representatives from; Matt PNC location Altamonte, Susan PNC location N Mills. Both agreed that what they did to me at the Pine St. location was wrong and would have never occurred at their Bank...
(I did not speak directly to Matt or Susan on this matter just Representatives at each of their branches)

I personally would like to express my appreciation toJean Santiago, Personal Banker, at PNC BANK, Pine Street, Orlando, Florida, for his excellent performance in securing my money that was taken from my checking account which was a total scam. The person said he represented Microsoft and that I had a bad virus in my computer. He also indicated that someone in the bank was approving transactions without my knowledge.He showed me a copy of my bankstatement, showing a large amount ofmoney that was pending, I immediately called the bank and put my account on hold. With the help of the Lord and Mr Santiago, they helped me recover my money.Praise God for good man we can trust at our PNCBANK. Thanks again PNC BANK.

I was sent here by the N. Mills Ave. location (because that was a CASHLESS branch-let that sink in for a sec) to cash a check from my insurance company and they said and I quote, "We don't keep enough cash here to cover that." Excuse me, but what kind of cracker jack effing bank doesn't have enough cash to handle a check for a couple thousand dollars? Evidently, PNC, that's who! By far the worst bank that I've ever attempted to do business with.

Great Bank. Free parking right across the street. Very professional atmosphere. Edwin was very helpful and patient even though I was confused.

Hate this bank they’re bad with customer service and communication with their customers. The managers are useless. Since I had this account Pnc been taking money from me and they don’t give notice or emails letting me or keeping me updated with anything! I will never use pnc again going tomorrow to close out my account
