This branch stinks. I came here last week because my debit card was physically broken, and I needed a replacement. I quit carrying credit cards. I was informed that I would need 2 forms of ID. I handed the teller my driver's license and professional license, and got the debit card. I go to use the debit card and the chip doesn't work. I called customer service and they said they would mail one but I could continue to swipe the current one. However the representative closed the account instead of leaving open. I went back in today to get change and a little bit of cash out of my account. Jo-Ann informed me that I needed two forms of ID. I presented my license and my professional ID. She said my professional ID wouldn't work. I guess they have quit recognizing public service for the New Year. I handed her the debit card that has been deactivated and she tells me that she can't use it because it is deactivated. I mean it was attached to the account. You can look into my account and tell me that it was attached but deactivated, but are being difficult. She told me that I could go to the car and get a copy of my registration if I didn't have another credit card. I informed her that it isn't worth it. Why get registration and lose spot in line for a few dollars? However, this location is also out of my way and there are no branches near me, so will probably look at other banking options, one that is competent, and actually recognizes me.

Went yesterday to my primary location and yes the customer service at the drve-thru was not the best. Plus why must they announce how much money you are withdrawing so everybody in the car with you knows your business? Smh

You wait for more than 20 minutes just to make a deposit. The staff stands around and sees you, then eventually someone will finally wait on you.

TL:DR. Unprofessional bank. Go somewhere else. This company as a whole as gone downhill since I first opened an account. Recently I've started looking at moving my retirement account to PNC, so I looked into it online. It made no mention of needing an appointment, so I went to this location which is already inconvenient, but is also the closest branch available. I was informed then that I needed an appointment, so that turned into wasted time and fuel, when I could have made an appointment when I was looking into it if I had known.I made an appointment online and the system apparently placed me with someone who was off today. However I wasn't made aware of this fact until I came into the bank. I was told I would need to reschedule, after waiting 10 minutes. This company is becoming harder and harder to bank with as they keep closing branches. Well, messadlge received.

would consider banking with Chase. Account closure after years of being dedicated client and no reason or even a prior notice. Absolutely a declining customer service track. Definitely closing my business account with them.

ALWAYS such a weight to talk to someone. The tellers are usually good at keep the line down.. but to get into an office is such a hassle. Always seems like they are understaff..The phone to call the branch doesn't work either.

Okay, it's quicker to deposit cash at the ATM than with a teller....?

What you can expect at any given time when you come to this branch!! The wait as a result is usually always long - unnecessarily due to inefficiencies in staffing work. Also the staff can be rude at times… minimal customer service,. PNC corporate needs to revamp this branch.

I deposit into my IRA account usually with my ID and some cash. Today I go in and see a new man named Donn who hands me a little slip so I can put in my account number, I let him know that I haven’t had to use my account number to access my IRA and he responds with “ well down the street there is a little tattoo shop and you can just write your account number on your forearm” to which I laugh a very sarcastically so he is aware that his mannerism was rude and very unprofessional. He then calls Maria Davila to help him out with a situation that he wasn’t well trained in. She then also seems to have a very hefty attitude asking me if I’m going to make a deposit for last year or for this year. I let her know that it is for this month and I made one last month as well. To which she responds with a lot of attitude and in a demeaning mannerism because I look young I assume and she probably thought that I didn’t know what I was speaking about. Until finally very nice lady with dark hair white complexion and a little bit taller comes in and explains to her how to actually do the IRA deposit correctly, thank you to that lady I’m so sorry that I didn’t get your name but did not have a good experience with Donn and Maria.

Literally THE worst banking experience of my life. These people are completely incompetent from top to bottom. Take your banking elsewhere. Anywhere elsewhere. Trust me.

Came to make a deposit and waited and waited and waited. Apparently the guy behind was with a representative and they skipped while waiting. Terrible service. I don’t want to come to this location again I can open an account online.
