If there were negative stars I could give this branch and bank overall I would. PNC banks customer service through their 800 number is NON existent. Our local Lake Nona Branch I thought for sure would be helpful was arguably just as bad as everyone I have spoke to in the last month. I cannot believe the lack of empathy and compassion from every single person I have spoke to at PNC. Bottom line there are plenty of banks to choose from. You'd be doing yourself a disservice by trusting your money with PNC. The Worst!

Don’t bother calling this location, they won’t answer and the phone will continue ringing for 20 minutes, they’ll pick up and hang up right away.

Spider webs on the drive thru machines. They crawl in/out of the drive thru machines & hang from the ceiling. The wall looking into the building from the drive thru is covered in tiny spider nests. Absolutely disgusting!!!. The building is crawling with spiders. I informed corporate and location manager months ago. No changes. :(

If I could give Hadeel Abdelaziz 0 stars I would. I thought if you are servicing the public part of your job is educating the customer, on whatever your job is. Oh, was I wrong, according to her that's not her job! So who is the customer suppose to go to for guidance? Having bank tellers defeats the purpose then!

I would never bank here again Pnc charges $2.50 per image you look at on your mobile app.They couldn’t provide me with 2020 bank statements only 3 month back.

Avoid PNC like the plaque, they are notorious for “nickle and diming” you into HUNDREDS of dollars worth of overdraft fees which they will not help you with, whether or not you are a student, whether or not we are in a pandemic, they have zero sympathy. I don’t want to have to go with a new bank but in this case I have no choice. It surprised me they are simply ok with losing a customer rather than helping at all. After this week PNC will never make another dime off of me.
