Stay away from this bank! Very unprofessional. They play with your money! First they held my funds and when I called to see why it was taking so long to be available they released the hold. A few days later they closed my account and "mailed" me a check. It's been over a week and I haven't received it so I went to the branch and they say it takes up to 10 business days.so they keep playing wit my money for 3 weeks

If I could give no stars I would. They all greet you at the door with a smile and talk about wanting to build a relationship, blah blah blah. But when you attempt to do business with them, it's like dealing with a robot going thru the motions. Put in an application for a loan product and see if anyone gets back to you quickly. They'll barely answer your questions, no one picks up the phone to understand your needs as a client, or answer your questions in full. Loan approvals seem to just be thru a computer without any analysis or thought process put behind it. They take weeks to answer emails. My experience has been that PNC is extremely unprofessional, lacking in training and customer service, and doesn't understand the value of personally speaking or getting to know to their customers. This coming from someone who has excelled in sales and customer service and was pretty darn good at it. I am surprised that a $100B company doesn't seem to understand how to do business professionally in this current day of age and with so many other options out there. I wouldn't even waste my time and hope that this saves other customers from the hassle.

I was trying to decide what bank I should join; it was between PNC & another bank. Long great story short, I was welcomed with so much love & care from the moment I literally got to the door because Latoyer Collor actually opened the door for me and patiently helped me through the whole process. I also got an opportunity to talk to the whole team; Bryon, Hector, Mario & Roldor, they are all extremely kind, friendly, great positive attitude and they definitely have a great sense of humor lol. In my book that is 5 star customer service and it helped me make the decision to become a new customer that same day. They are now my WAKANDA Researchers FOREVER!?
