Unfortunately, they did not deliver the files I paid for....I paid for a logo, letterhead and email templates. They NEVER sent the files for email or letterhead, In addition, they didn't deliver a usuable tif, or png so I can print. This use to be an amazing company but it's changed.

I reached out to PNC Logos over 2 years ago when we started our non-profit and during that time we have made several adjustments to our Mission, Vision and Purpose for the non-profit. Working with PNC Logos was such a great experience helping us through that process. To add to that, their creative expertise is top notch. PNC Logos does a great job defining your organization and is there for you!!

If I could leave a negative -5 stars review for this company I absolutely would.!!They assured me that they would have my project completed and live within three months at the latest.I hired them to create my business logo as well as a professional website that would be appealing and represent my business well.They told me that when the project was done, I would have full ownership rights and control over my website to make future changes and edits.After paying for the service they then informed me 2 weeks later that they would have to charge me an additional $450.00 to have their team of professional writers write the content on the website (aka) to do there job I already paid for initially.After receiving the content that these so called professional writers had created I was completely disappointed.It honestly looked as if a kindergartener had created it.I ask them to redo it and they then tell me that I can do that later on my own, remind you I paid $450.00 extra for "PROFFESIONAL WRITERS".It has now been 11 months and I still have not received my finished website.They charged me multiple times and now that I have ask for a refund they will not return my calls or messages.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!

This company is fraudulent. They charge customers multiple times are NEVER refund the money. You will have to dispute the charges with your credit card companies.

I hired this company to produce 2 custom PHP websites, a back-office and two custom apps. The produced NOTHING. Lots of calls and fake "wireframe" lists, but continued to collect payments. When it was clear months into the project, they were essentially, scamming us- we contacted our credit card company and filed a fraud claim. They actually tried to gas-light Am-Ex! Further, they accused me of breaching the agreement- when they produced literally nothing. BEWARE they work as PNC logos and Platinum Design Services.

I hired this company to create a logo and a website for my company. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, reliable, responsive and they offered an outstanding service. Barry was my original rep. I got sick and he continued to follow up with me not only about the progress of the work I hired PNC Logos to complete but about my well being as well. Then Shah was assigned to help me with the completion of the website and I was very pleased with his professionalism, responsiveness and he took the time to work on completion of our website down to every detail that needed to be addressed. They made business cards and animation for our company as well and I am very happy with those items too.I highly recommend this company for any of the services they offer!!!Thank you, PNC Logos! I used PNC Logos to develop my logo and website. The Project Manager I had was Sam Nisar and he was great at keeping me in the loop through the workbench. I am extremely happy with my company logo and website. I have and will continue to send my professional contacts to Sam at PNC Logos. The products and services provided by Sam's team was nothing less than outstanding. I will do business with PNC Logos again in the near future. Thanks again, Sam!

They did good work on my logo but had difficulty getting image without background for use on websites and other projects. They redesigned until I was happy and I am still very happy with the work they did 2 years ago.Yesterday I received 3 calls in a row from an unknown number. I declined as I do not answer unknown numbers. My personal belief is that if someone wants to talk to you they can leave a message and I would call them back. When I declined, they called back 2 more times. This morning, Saturday on a holiday weekend, I get another call from the number so I answer it. It is a representative of PNC Logos asking me questions about the work they did and letting me know about other services. When I tell him not to call me again and hung up, he calls me back again. This is bordering on harassment. They have my email address and could sent product info just like every other business. It is a shame that the the quality of work is shadowed by this.

Shah was my account manager and he was exceptional!! He held my hand through the whole process , from creating my logo to developing an amazing and professional website for my business and even creating my business cards!! I HIGHLY recommend this company !! They provide everything you need to have a successful business & brand!!

We're still waiting for our new website and Marketing collateral that was ordered in 2020, we still haven't received anything promised. Shah & Ali promised to get back to us and still no follow up Our next step is BBBPlease Do Not trust this company...Keep your money...you will Not get what they promised

This company will string you along for weeks on end and upsell you every chance they get. Only use them for a logo and that's it!!!
