I just wanted to give this place a massive shout out. I live in England and recently hit issues with my imported from u.s.a. mustang. Getting parts over here can be a bit tricky and costly. As luck would have it we are holidaying in Orlando so decided to hit p.b.f for the replacement parts. Matt has been super helpful and patient with me whilst placing the order. Im really looking forward to going to the store to collect my parts next week and thanking him personally. Cant recommend this place enough.

Every time we are in Orlando and on our vacation we stop here to get some stuff for our car. Best prices and very nice chat with the owner. My wife loves to greet the cats in the shop. Till next time...

Powered by Ford is a great place to buy Ford parts. But, do not let them do any of the work, they give you a quote, then you get a Big surprised when you're ready to pay! And if you don't have the money to pay, they keep your stuff then sell it!

First let me inform you that this place has multiple cats living inside the store so if you have allergies to cats and the smell of facies offends you stay out.The lack of customer service and cleanliness of the store should be investigated by The Ford company. This location is a very poor example of Ford.Along with that they only provide automotive parts for race cars only.Very very poor experience. If the owner did not own the block he would not be in business.

If you need Ford speed parts, this is the place for you. When every online and local retailer was out of an jntake I needed, they had it on hand. I haven't had any machine work done by them as of yet, but I look forward to checking it out.

Called about getting a supercharger kit installed for my 2015 Mustang GT, man on the phone heard my younger sounding voice (19 years old) and instantly replied with “what are you some sort of speed racer? What purpose do you have of putting it on?”Will never give this company a chance again.

As they are good at what they do, unfortunately their Customer Service SUCKS.....Brought my car to a different location that did not have the technical expertise to complete what I needed. Car is a 25 year old classic that not everyone knows about. Car was "fixed" but immediately had an issue....Excuses were given and car was returned to them. Car was left OUTSIDE.....UNLOCKED, with a note on the door that said "Will return at 4:00". Hey Mr. Car Thief, you have until 4:00 to steal the car out front that has been left unlocked. Their excuse....We have been here for 40 years and have never had anything stolen......Well Gee Wally, have you not looked where your store is located? Perhaps things have changed lately. Again, supposedly the car is fixed, so I give accolades for that, but why in the world would you leave a customers car "UNLOCKED" sitting out in front of the shop, and not return until an hour and a half after when you said you would return. Then when asked, rather than an apology, give nothing but excuses? Update 9/23/2019 So then I get a call from the Co-owner of the company that tries to bully me into changing my review. Anytime I would speak, he would talk over me. Finally we got into a discussion about it, and he started with the insults. He attempted to give a song and dance about me not being their customer, despite having spoken with them several times about the situation. Stated that "no one" came to get the car, and that they had someone in the shop. So despite my driver beating on the door, calling, and having a phone number for PBF to call, they chose to give excuses. Then finally attempted to give a "story" about having to go attend to another issue. Wow, not only are they lousy at customer service, when someone leaves a bad review, then they attempt to justify and bully you into changing your review.....Not today Willis.

Called ahead about parts said they were in stock, reasonable price. 3pm arrival sign outside "will return at 4pm" waited until 4pm then the lights turned out, no one ever returned. At least post closed early so I don't wait around.
