After 2 years renting with premier management group I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH 😊 🙏 it was an excellent experience, all the staff including Mrs Olga and Mrs Saxana were super helpful the owner and manager is super kind and compassionate.
Thank you for always provided me a prompt response to my needs.

Premier Property Management has some really old and bad reviews… Let it be known that over three years ago I hired them (based upon several recommendation's from a friend that has more properties than just my one condo) for my Condo…. They did the proper due diligence in their vetting but sent me every application with their possible concerns regarding potential tenants. After about a month my Condo was rented. They take all the worry I have about any issues from large to small. As the Homeowner of said Condo I want my tenants to feel comfortable and safe. They are amazing to deal with. So what happened seven years ago according to one post ? That has not been at all my experience.

Peter and Olga are extremely rude and unprofessional. Peter discriminated and laughed at me over the phone regarding paperwork from my doctors I submitted to the office regarding a service animal I need and have. That man need to find Jesus

I tried to contact them about something through their portal - no response. I tried emailing directly - no response. Tried the phone, left a voicemail - no response. They apparently don't feel the need to communicate with their customers.

I went with Premier Management Group after their assurances that they would regularly check on my home and ensure it was kept by the tenants in good order.But despite several requests for checks I believe none were carried out, or if they were I was never notified.After the tenants left I found they had painted my home without my permission very badly, which resulted in me having to pay several thousand dollars for a complete repaint. They had a dog against my instructions for no pets, which had urinated over the carpets which resulted in all the carpets needing replacement.There were cigarette burns on the sinks despite my instructions for no smoking in the home, and the home was left in such a bad state it needed a thorough deep clean throughout.This left me several thousand dollars out of pocket.In addition to this and not knowing the condition of the home I was asked if I would give the tenants an extra month after expiry of the lease, which I kindly did, which they did not pay for and the management company did not chase this payment.All of my garden furniture had also been stolen.Based on my experience if you are looking for a company to manage your home there must be management companies in Florida who will check on your home to ensure it is kept in a good order, and I suggest you avoid Premier Management Group because this is clearly not one of those companies.

I have experienced condominim management services for 27 years. None can compare with the excellent service I have received from Linda Darwish with Premier. She is absolutely the best. Her response is timely. Her knowledge of my neighborhood is unsurpassed. She steps up to the plate to help every time and without hesitation. Meadowood is blessed to have her at our helm. On or about May 27 2020 my AC went down . I reported it to my property manger Jon Mallinson right away. Fast forward to June 19 , 2020 that’s when my AC was finally fixed after many emails and threats to call the local press and report him and the owner to the president of the HOA and board of directors at The Hamptoms. The answers I was getting was the shifting of blame to merchants and vendors but they themselves never took responsibility for leaving me in the property with no AC in 95 % of the property for 19 days . After it was fixed , Jon told me to “ appreciate “ everything the owner was doing . They eventually refunded 50 percent of the rent for the next month . In addition ,Jon doesn’t like to deal with tenants only with his owners . He has been the only landlord/ property manager in my experience who never gave me and all of his other tenants his number and almost always called from a private number or blocked number. He is very dry and not an easy person to work with . I would not recommend doing business with him or this company . In addition to the whole thing of the AC , I found out that I was labeled as “difficult ” by Jon to one of the AC mechanics that came to fix the AC and how they expressly warned them to keep me in the dark about what was happening because “ I knew too much “ . I’ve never experience anything like it before in any prior or after rental of housing in my lifetime . Please be careful and choose wisely who you do business with .

Morgan and Premier is the best! She represents her sellers investment in such a wonderful way. She does video walk-throughs before and after occupancy and she is quick to respond when tenants need help with a repair. Communicative and responsive. Morgan is a critical thinker and the team at Premier Management Group goes and above and beyond and won't make you feel like a file number but a true client.

Morgan is amazing. Her attention to detail and quick response time is the best in her industry. She is always going the extra mile for the clients I have sent her way. If you know anyone that owns property and is tired of being a landlord, you should definitely have them call Morgan.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Morgan Howland-Cook for the past two months and have been so impressed with her dedication to her clients. She is ever willing to help and goes out of the way to make sure her customer's needs are taken care of – she’ll even hull construction debris away in her personal car to save clients on disposal fees. I cannot say it better than to tell you that she is conscientious as well as caring and I am so glad to be working with Morgan. Thank you, Morgan!

Do not do business with this company!!! Do not do it! save yourself!I rented a unit from them and my property manager, Peter, was the most difficult man to deal with! He never responded to any of the many voicemails or emails I left him. The only way I got in contact with him was calling him on the phone either early mornings or right before closing and I felt like I was rushed off the phone always. The unit I rented had many problems. #1 infested with termites. I would literally be in my home at night and they would swarm. When I tried to tell Peter about this he tried to convince me there were no termites and made me drop off a sample of dead bugs to his office so he could identify them before calling pest control. Guess what... they were termites. Then my AC broke not once but twice and that was an entire fiasco to get fixed. I had to move in with my in-laws for a week. The upstairs unit bathroom flooded into my bathroom and he never looked into that. AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE RATS! There were (and probably still are) rats in the unit. I saw them with my own eyes and upon discussing this issue with Peter he decided to tell me I needed to get some sandbags off my screened in porch (because that's the most important thing when your tenant is living with rats).The real killer was that I didn't live in my unit for 4 months due to the rat issue and I still paid my rent on time! never missed a payment!According to my lease, upon move out if the leasing company wants to make a claim on the security deposit I have to receive notice by certified mail within a certain number of days stating that. I did not receive a notice via certified mail stating an intent to claim the deposit and Peter still kept the money. When I contacted him about this his response to me was "so sue me". This speaks volumes to Peter's professionalism.avoid this company at all costs. for more information please see my posting on their BBB page.

We would not recommend this company. Phone calls were not returned and they dropped the ball on an appointment. Leaving a message for the owner explaining our disappointing experience was also met with silence.
