I just want to say that I was in the store when a situation happened and I heard that the rude customer was going to put a google review and nothing that she wrote is true the manager in a polite way told them that the tshirt was damaged and she couldn’t accept the return they started being rude and disrespectful saying bad words in Spanish to her the only thing that I heard from the manager was that she was going to call the police. Those are the type of people that are trying to make a scene just to get something from the companies. My apologies to that manager for the situation she handled it very well

I was a victim of violence, semnophobia, and abuse. I, along with my husband and my 3-year-old daughter, were by this employee at the store in the shopping center just because I made a purchase and since my husband's shirt didn't fit, she was very rude and She didn't allow us to change it. She was rude. She doesn't have any type of experience in customer service. She calls herself Ike. The store manager and her employees did what they did was laugh at the situation in front of other customers. My 3-year-old daughter witnessed the Thanks to this woman and all the bad words she said to us, she is just one person like her who should not work for such a prestigious store and that her merchandise is not for everyone. It's a shame to have to sue this company for such a bad staff. I hope solve my bad situation and repair the psychological damage they caused me.I was a victim of violence, semnophobia, and abuse. Excellent quality of the merchandise, the shirts are 100% cotton, the rabbit has 4,000 stitches, the colors do not detract, they do not stretch and the buttons are made of mother of pearl, I recommend it ?

Few references available and discounts did not apply at the time of invoice. We had to make the claim again and there were 3 cases with the same problem.

Terrible customers service.The Manager Andrea is a Rude Lack of Respect. You went on August 3, 2023 and made a purchase of $300.00The next day August 4, 2023 1:30pm to return a Polo Shirt that was purchased in the wrong size. The rude manager tells me in a very bad way that she had cut the tag off the shirt and that there was no refund. When I explained to her that I was already willing to wear it, that's why I cut off the tag and, very rudely, she told me that she didn't care that the company's policy is not to make changes. I told her that where on the receipt did it say that and she knew how to answer the question. she asks and got ruder. I was already upset because this policy is not told to customers at the time of purchase. Then he says that the shirt is stained when it is not true, these types of people should not work in stores and even less so when one is a recurring customer of the brand. People like these tarnish the reputation of the store, the brand and the other employees.

Don't touch anything, do not touch our clothes. What size you want? "medium" I responded. We don't have medium. do not touch, do not touch our clothes, our neatly folded pile of clothes are our precious._________________This was the vibe I got from this store. A watchful gaze upon the customer and what the customer puts their hands on. God forbid I mess up their perfectly folded clothes.

So went to the store looking for shirts, polos and jackets. But unfortunately the store did not have my size which is XL. To which was then greeted by an associate named Xavier who was super polite, funny and assisted on my search as soon as he noticed my frustration. Since that size was not available he advised and offered to show me other options online but they didn't have any styles that I was liked at the time. But Xavier was kind enough to ask for my information so that when clothes arrived in my size he would let me know in a timely manner so that I can revisit the store to finalize my purchases with his assistance. I ended up leaving with nothing but the service received which was outstanding from Xavier and his team who also helped in providing further assistance. Definitely will come back and also recommend this store to friends and family.

The white garments I was ready to purchase had a small stain and the black manager just took the garment out of my hands and declared it a damage and refused to sell it to me at the register, after the fact that an associate already made me aware of the small damage prior to handing it to me. I know how to use laundry detergent to clean a stain. That bald headed manager was so rude and disrespectful.

I came in yesterday, wasn't able to purchase anything. The staff really have a foul mouth. I was in there for 30 minutes tying to find some shirts. But to no avail, the young man yesterday that attended me was so inconsiderate and talked badly about another customer to me. Teach your employees not to $hit talk customers to other customers. Ruined my experience and honestly I won't be shopping with the brand anymore

Had a horrible experience for the 3rd straight time. An employee made a mistake on my purchase and put it on my friends store account and it has being a nightmare everytime I went to exchange an item that didn't fit me. Xavier knew the situation since day 1 and he knew they messed up on my ticket and when I went to do the exchange he said that he couldn't do anything. Then they tell me that I can only do 2 exchanges on the same receipt which it makes no sense because the policy only says 30 days of purchase. Horrible customer service for such a great brand.
