Storage units are nice, clean, and easy to access. The customer service is horrendous. It was moving day for me paying movers by the hour and the lady at the front desk shut the door on me when i approached her to ask how to get my key. She tells me to come back at 930 and wont help me until then. I come back at 930 and doors are locked and no one is there. Waited 30 mins and still no one to help. Finally get customer service on the phone and find out the key is in the unit which is open. All the lady had to say when i asked is your key is in your unit. The rude attitude and slamming door in my face was so unecessary

Although the prices are high, they’ve kept my storage safe and damage free for 2 years. They have improved with their safety features and the facility is safe overall.

Unreliable location… the bay doors are opened well after the 9am open time and often closed before the 5pm close time.The initial property manager we started with was helpful, but things have gone down hill with turnover and the latest property manager has been incredibly unreliable.Currently, they’ve been doing an ongoing renovation that has hampered access and ability to use the space. There was no warning or notification of any this…There are plenty of other storage options within the area and I’d recommend giving those a visit before this location — or the public storage location off of Maguire.
