I recently won a storage auction at this facility (8/14/25) and had a terrible experience trying to claim the unit. Despite the office hours stating a 7:00 AM opening, no one was on-site when I arrived around noon. After over an hour waiting in the heat and multiple calls to customer service, I was told someone would show up at 1 PM — but they didn’t arrive until 4 PM, claiming they were busy at another location dealing with staff shortages like it’s the customers problem. Even the direct phone line to the person went straight to the facility voicemail…
When I finally returned later in the day, I was informed that the unit had actually been paid off by the original owner that morning — raising the question: why was it even listed on the auction site in the first place? Someone here didn’t report it… hmm I wonder who… I wasted hours, made two trips, and burned gas for nothing. Still waiting on a refund from Storage Treasures, but that’s a separate issue.
And as for “Jordan,” who seems to be highly praised in other reviews — where were you when this mess happened? We need you back!!

Simple parking space on dirt/Gravel. Worked great until they raised my monthly rate 40% after 6 months...access is 7am to 9pm. Found a 24 access lot in a nicer neighborhood with parking on asphalt for $89.00 i was already paying $92 a month before they raised to $137.00. Never again in this lifetime will i rent from public storage.

Within the 6 years that I have been storing here everything has been excellent with Jordan here. He has always been very pleasant and able to work with me when I needed assistance.
