We have had 3 units for over 6 years at this location. One inside and 2 outside units. We released 2 back after we moved home and office. We have some very nice paintings which held up perfectly while in inside storage. The billing is easy, and everyone was very nice when we turned the two back. We happily continue to have one unit remaining for business.

I would like to give a shout-out to Rosa and Mario at this location.
Both of them have exhibited outstanding customer service.
Mario was very patient and allowed me to view the storage unit prior to committing. He walked me through the nuances of the PS app.
Rosa, was very approachable and willing to listen to my concerns.
I am very happy with Rosa and Mario's Customer Service. They genuinely wanted to listen and be there for me. Thank you both.

Very upset, this is the 3rd time that there were no available carts to haul very heavy totes to third floor. 4 other groups looking for them as well, one being an older couple. Storage unit claims to be temperature controlled but it was stuffy, codes did not work properly to get through gates, building and elevator access. In speaking with one person, he has had same recent issues too. To top it off, they have raised rates. I spoke to manager on phone and they told me that carts were not part of facility-not guaranteed. As i stated, I have traveled all over moving and using storage units. Ive never experienced using a multi level unit where carts r not available to use. I would have looked deeper into facilities and access to carts etc. Will be reviewing options in town.
