I've been with with public storage now for a little over 7 years and not one late payment; unfortunately, my rate has gone up alot throughout the years, but this increase is just ridiculous; I'm being punished for loyalty! I checked rates in the area, and the price for my same unit is almost $100 less than what I'll be paying on June 1st. I've been calling for almost 2 weeks now. Today is the first time I was able to get someone in that location, and she couldn't answer my questions correctly. She was reading a script! I know it's not her fault, but I'm extremely upset!
