I saw that my monthly rent amount had gone up so I called the customer service number for the specific location on Silver Star. I spoke with Milly in regards to the increase and she was so kind and helpful with this issue. I would recommend this location to anyone. Please ask for Milly she is awesome!!!!

It’s a nice place. Easy use of remote on phone to get in and out of gate. Good prices. Wish there was someone in an office tho. Gotta go somewhere else to talk to someone.

If I can give this location 0 stars I would!! I am very disappointed with the type of service we received. We had a horrible experience from the beginning! We called because we needed a parking spot for our trailer for only one month. This location doesn’t have a person in site so we could only book on the phone or online. I called because it was faster since I was occupied at the moment. The guy told me I called at a great time because they had a promotion for $1 down for the first month and $29 for the taxes and fees. It sounded great and all until they tried to charge us $167 2 weeks later. We called to find out why we were getting charged if it had only been 2 weeks. The girl tells me that they charge on the 1st of each month because they are month to month and our account had been set with auto pay. I explained that we did not want to do the auto pay and that we only planned on staying for one month. She tells me to turn off auto pay on the app and I won’t get charged. We moved in the 15 so she tells me that as long as I move out on the 15 or before we wouldn’t get charged for the next month. I move out on the 15 and since there’s no one on site, you have to call in. So we call in to let them know we vacated and they tell us we left on the 31 day which doesn’t make sense because we left on the 15 of May.I call again and speak to a girl named Mae that tells me that she was going to dispute it and the account would be at 0$ since we had moved out. Come to find out that never happened so we were still being charged for the next month when we had already moved!! I call again spoke to a guy named Melvin that was extremely rude, wouldn’t let us talk, and when I asked for his name he hung up on me. I called again and spoke with a girl named Mesha who tells me she was going to forward the situation to a manager. I don’t ever want to make business with public storage again. The people working for them are not professional and do not assist! Also they’re pushy on the phone to get you to book and then once you pay, they have the nerve to say you should’ve read the terms and conditions (which state something totally different then what the agent offers on the phone). I will be reporting them to the BBB and get this situation fixed.

My Storage since December 2023...Everything was OK until I have to pay $ 15 usd for a suddenly mandatory insurance per month to cover damages!!!.
Besides, staring in June 2024 I have to pay ANOTHER SUDDENLY increases without any reason, almost the 150 % over the regular amount by contract....Too sad and not fair..

Milley && Rachel are the absolute best! They provided me with the best customer service… I had a bad experience with Public Storage before but those ladies really made me feel like they truly care!
