Today was a rough day was unable to get into my units until I met Alisha She was such a big help. She gave me into my units save the day. You should have her five days a week there it’s hard to find someone that works hard and a Such a helpful person.

Jahaira’s people skills is one of the most amazing I have encountered in my life. She went above and beyond to help me with my unit for a lock problem and even came back into the property after she had already locked the office doors.

Alisha turned what could have been just another tour into something I’ll always remember. She wasn’t just knowledgeable—she made every detail come alive with warmth and care. The way she guided us showed how much she truly loves what she does, and it made me feel so welcomed and understood. I left not only impressed by the tour, but also touched by the kindness she shared throughout the whole experience.

I didn’t have the chance to remove my stuff on the 31 because it was a storm. I came the 1st on the morning and remove everything from the unit. Went to the office and mentioned everything to the lady. She said that she will send a note explaining what happen.
Well she did send the note but she lied and said that I left boxed in the unit which was a total lie.
They tried to charge me for another month. Even when I called and ask for an exemption for been a loyal customer.
The lady called Mayya said that she can not help and I will be charged.
I had to call corporate and they did help.
