This public has a horrible sandwich and hot case section. We waited over 45 minutes to get a sandwich made. The woman didn’t understand a thing we said so we had to repeat everything 3 to 4 times. The guy in the hot case watched as 6 people lined up for sandwiches and said “that’s not my job” and refused to jump in to help make sandwiches. I would definitely go somewhere else unless you want a half made sandwich with meat only on 2/3 of the bread.

Sharonda was soo rude. Refused to refund my purchase when asked if I could speak to a manager or help me with her name was told that’s my name and walked off. So rude and disrespectful never have I experienced anything like this sort of behavior from a Publix in my life the reason I go to Publix. Walmart kind of behavior I’m disgusted willl never be back and will definitely alert my friends and family of this location. Thank you shawonda for the worst experience I’ve ever received from a public branch yuck!!!!

My 74 year old mom visited the store November 19 at around 1130am. After she was done shopping two Hispanic men blocked her car. They scammed her with some illegal immigration’s story and robbed her of $1,000. A police report was filed. This was a terrifying experience and have caused great trauma. My mom is an old woman who no longer feels safe shopping at this Publix and will make sure this is advertised because people like her may be at risk. People, you should not have to go through this! Groceries are expensive as of now and to make things worse get robbed at a “somewhat secure”place the Holiday is of great concern.

The disrespect from Raphael from the sandwich department is unbelievable. He got called out by customer for making a sandwich wrong. He literally put less meat and overstuffed the sandwich with lettuce. Childish move from a grown man.
