Management is rude, price errors are corrected and am told that errors aee o ly corrected if it's something they do in store. If it's wrong on line it's not their fault. Definitely not the way Publix says they are. Not satisfied at all with this location

Exceptionally overpriced. Super clean, everyone is nice, but that doesn't matter if 1 meal's worth of items costs $50. I don't even get meat why is every item so outrageously priced.

Very poor customer service. The receipt said it as the pharmacy manager who cashed me out. They were so impersonable. No smile, no greeting. Just "name, date of birth". when the prompt came up on the machine asking if I had any questions or wanted a consultation about the medication she reached over and clicked "no" for me without asking me if I had any questions. I did in fact have questions which I researched myself. The other issue at this location is the people in the small pharmacy cannot see the line where people wait. The two time I used this pharmacy I had to call back and get their attention after waiting for a minute with nobody seeing or acknowledging me. My interaction with the pharmacist was also dissapointing. He stood at computer typing never making eye contact with me while trying to have a conversation with me. I feel like I am being treated very inpersonably there. I have used Harrisons Pharmacy for years. They know my name, offer warm greeting when you walk in and always give the best customer service. My wife had the prescriptions filled at Publix and I told her I wouldnt pick up for her there again.

Easy to get in and out of. Just needed a couple items for an overnight stay and had a great selection of the items we needed. Had I been able to bring a few more things back home with me, ny cart would have been much more full!

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.

I will NEVER use instacart again. They are incompetent, inconsiderate, inconsistent except for wrong orders, bad replacement choices and general following instructions. And FORGET about special requests, though they give you the option the app doesn't add it. You're paying more for the product, service charge, delivery charge and tips. All for the wrong order! Find someone else! Or just go to the store yourself. Customer service stinks, they're trained to just say "I'm sorry for the inconvenience ", no resolutions!

A few days ago I go into this store which i have been going to for several years every so often, and had the worst experience. Employee in a corner laughing and looking my way with another person instead of being helpful. I left my cart for 30 seconds to grab something in isle, 2 came back it was gone. Long story short same employee laughing in the corner employee brings the cart back found in isle 14 says a lady had taken it. He could have saved me the aggravation and anxiety. cruel and disrespectful!

showed up 10 minutes early for a 3:30 appointment for my covid shot. No line. 3 techs on duty. 30 minutes later still waiting. Finally a tech came out with the shot. Cleaned injection site then asked if I had my card. Told him no. He went back in the pharmacy. After waiting another 5 minutes and hearing nothing but laughter through the open door I had enough. went to the door and the techs were standing by, not on, the computer joking. I asked if they could please give me the shot as they were already 30 minutes late. Got the shot as was told to go. Not even so much as a band-aid. Stopped at the counter and asked if they were sure I could leave since I thought they were supposed to observe for a reaction and was told I could go. Very unprofessional and possibly irresponsible? Thank God I don't use this pharmacy.

I’m deeply disappointed with the fact that Publix claims to have a rule that masks need to be worn in the store and yet I saw no less than three people walking round without a mask within the store. When I approached a sales clerk about it they informed me that they are not allowed to enforce the mask rule and that if someone refuses to wear it that they don’t have to. What’s the point of having an a mask rule in the store to keep my family and myself safe and others safe dur

Had a lovely experience at Publix today. Professional cashier, Ms. Clara was very attentive and disinfected the POS and tops. Mr. Tyler kindly bagged my groceries. Bakery clerk help me picked out a cake and volunteered to write a birthday message on it. All staff was excellent and the store spotlessly clean. Thank you, Publix.

This Publix is not as close to me as the one at Conway and Curry Ford. But if I am out running errands and I am nearby, I will stop in. The store is always clean, the employees are all friendly and helpful, and I can always check out in a timely manner. Unlike some Publix I have been to, checking out can take forever. I try to practice patience. But there are times when a customer is holding up the line. And as you stand there, you watch as all of the other register lines move with no problem. Sorry to whine, but I know you have experienced this. And while I am ragging on customers, have you ever went to take a photo to post on yelp or Facebook, only to have someone walk in front of you. I was going to take a photo at the bakery, only to have three people walk up to the display case. Anyway, I will leave it to your imagination as to how great the cakes/pies looked. And then the issue of social distancing. I know there are times when it is impossible. And if I see someone looking at a item in a area I need to go to, I can wait. I am patient. But if I am looking at steaks, I do not like having some guy come up right next to me. Social distance! Six feet! Maybe I need to start carrying a measuring tape with me. At least he was wearing a mask. Anyway, parking is never a problem here. But there are times when it is busy, be prepared to park a little further from the entrance. The employees are courteous, the selection of food items and other products are great, and checkout at the registers usually moves at a good pace. As I said, this Publix is out of the way, but I always make a point to stop in on my way home. And I just remembered. I have a tape measure in the tool box!
