I took my octogenarian parents to get their updated vaccines today. The pharmacist personally cared for us from start to finish and was very invested in their care, explaining each step of the process. The experience was quick, with minimal paperwork, and we were on our way in no time. Overall, it was a great and efficient experience.

I would like to express my gratitude to Pharmacist Kevin and Technician Sebastian at the Plaza Venezia Sand Lake Pharmacy. Both Kevin and Sebastian consistently demonstrate exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and care in their interactions with customers. I have been coming to this location for a long time, and I am always impressed with the high level of service and attention I receive. We've been going to this Publix for over 20 years even though there are 2 locations closer to where we live. The selection has always been the best and most products are well-stocked. The customer service used to be good, too. However, there is one employee in customer service who is very unpleasant. At this store, the customer is not right if you bring up any issues (such as telling her there are expired products on the shelf or if the baggers mix up customers' groceries repeatedly). We're going to change to another location where the customer service is friendly and helpful.

Love this Publix. Manager is doing amazing job here ! Always a pleasure to come, products fresh, employees are smiling , willing to help if you need help. I live across the street from Publix on Daryl Carter , that has been opened a couple of months ago. Please send someone over to Daryl location to teach the staff how to do their job. They are doing pretty bad. Customer service is very poor. Food spoiled, can food with expired date on that. They really need help ! Even having a brand new Publix across the street from my house, I have to drive back to you guys because you are doing a greater job on your location!

This Publix is very well stocked many items to chose from. Found what I needed and more. Fruits were so fresh. Found the snacks we needed like potatoes chips, cakes, cookies as well as our drinks, like milk, chocolate milk, Celsius, water, sodas and juice. The service at the register was friendly and fast.

First time at this location. Very clean and organized. The employees seemed friendly and where helpful when asking for an item. I would say this is a good location and closest to international dr.

I'm a Floridian, so I know if I go to Publix and be polite and kind the same energy will be given in return...not at this location. I just wanted to grab two subs for dinner and Kiara at the Deli did not seem happy about it. It's 8:45pm so I know it will not be fully stocked so I know to be patient, yet even being kind and patient lead to me feeling like I was a thorn in this woman's side. The moment I walked up she mentioned they were out of white bread. That was not a issue at all, I wanted wheat bread for both subs and said such...she grabbed a different bread, so I kindly mention I wanted wheat, that seemed to upset her. Then asked for turkey and a Italian. The Italian meats were not fully prepped at that time so I am willing to wait. When she comes back I begin to describe my subs. I tried to start with one at a time but she wanted to jump back and forth between them both. I have one sub directions messaged to me so it would be a lot easier to just do one at a time so I politely explain that and that also seemed to bother her. I luckily get through my personal sandwich order and for the second I ask if they have sliced avocado. Her reply is I have to go get it from the produce section. So I do and hand it to her and she says "so what you want me to do with this?" I asked if she could put sliced avocado on the sub, and if that was something they did not do then it was ok and I would gladly do so personally later on. This again seemed to irritate her, so I just kept my smile and tossed kept my manners while this person just made me feel like me asking her to make me a sub was hellish for her. I don't know if it was a bad day or if my presence just upset this women but I felt like I was legit ruining her whole day. It was a very clean Publix though.

KUDOS and thank you very much to Hannah in the bakery department for providing supreme quality guest service! She delivered service with a smile as she handed me the biggest apple fritters I've ever seen! I will enjoy it immensely! People like Hannah makes it a joy to go to Publix!

I went today to this plaza Venezia publix store I always shop from here mainly for my baby's food. I buy in bulk as I cannot drive and I have triplets to feed. They love baby food and digest it well. The manager so arrogant and rude to me that I left all the stuff without buying anything. All I wanted was to buy a little extra baby food and she said oh we can't sell you that because we are going to run low on stock if we do. I mean how is that my problem? It's a store apart from that she was just so stubborn I wonder how she could be the manager! Highly disappointed had to take an Uber again go do my shopping from Walmart such inconvenience!

Simply the best Publix in the area, which says a lot, since there's like four. You'll also notice this is the cleanest of all the grocery stores in the area. The customer base also has that minimum level of human decency that results in them returning shopping carts. In my opinion, if you ever arrive at a grocery store & find the amount of abandoned shopping carts exceeds roughly 25% of the cars present, I'd look elsewhere. That level of decay is like brain worms & will have long ago infected the workers of the store.
