I have shopped primarily at this Publix for at least 25 years. I love this store! Recently I started using their pharmacy and wish I had done it sooner. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, plus they fill my prescriptions quickly, often the same day. Much better service than the drugstore I used previously!
I am shocked by the few bad reviews on this site. I have never had a bad experience here in literally thousands of visits.

Best pharmacy in Orlando! The whole staff is so kind and personable! It's really such a pleasure getting to interact with everyone there. Any time I have a question or concern they are so helpful, empathetic and kind. Highly recommend!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could!

I am really impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the pharmacy manager - "T". I was running into frustrations with my synced prescriptions and she made sure everything was taken care of so that I could pick up all my prescriptions at the same time. She really went above and beyond and was kind throughout everything. Much appreciated!!

Spoiled fruit and when I brought it to the attention of the personnel they shrugged their shoulders and said ok. I'm never acknowledged in the area where the chicken tenders are kept and the managers are not very nice.

They never have prescriptions in stock. They don’t even have blood pressure meds in stock- they have to order it. You will have to wait several days to get any prescription so be sure to order well in advance of when you need it.

They have masks required signage at door, but not enforcing it. Customers are allowed not to wear masks. Please put staff at the front door and ensure people are wearing masks for the safety of the rest of your customers.

Do NOT GO HERE for a sub. I had two people ahead of me in line and it still took 30 minutes to be served. As I ordered a sub the person told me that they didn't have the type of cheese and turkey the sub is supposed to be made with. What? You are standing right next to the deli. Sounds like they don't have the desire to plan ahead or replace items as they empty. Thanks for wasting my time and my lunch. Never again.

I plan to switch pharmacies. For the last two weeks, the pharmacy will not answer their phones. They put people on hold for 10-20 minutes at a time

I go to this Publix anytime I'm in the area and it's always great last time I forgot my wallet. Didn't know where I lost it I have been looking for it For 5 days! And when I called here they confirmed it in like 2 mins. The gentleman who was working customer service tonight 11/28/20 at 8pm was so nice!! I'm sorry I'm horrible with names! I just wanted to say thank you so much!! And thank you for great costumer service! And thank you to who ever returned it!!

Worse pharmacy ever never ever get the prescriptions supposedly and always refuse to check although they are always messing up everyone’s paperwork so done with Publix would prefer pay more for my prescriptions than waste my time w this incompetence of your employees and your system
