This is hands down the best pharmacy I have been to in all of Orlando. The staff is very quick, polite, and helpful every time I go in. The line is never long. They are very informative and quick to answer any questions I have had.

Publix at Eastwood is awesome! We are originally from South Florida And moved to Texas in 2018 and just returned a few weeks ago to Orlando. I may be very biased because having lived in an environment where there was no Publix for four years was dreadful! Kroger you will never be Publix!! Anyway the Publix and Eastwood is awesome everybody's very friendly, it's clean, it's such a pleasant environment to shop in. The first time that I walked into that Publix after returning from Texas was a religious experience!!! Love me some Publix!

Their prices are usually high unless you get them on bogo then it's a good deal but the employees are always super helpful and friendly.

The best customer service. I went to this Publix and I didn't know where the tampon aisle was because I was in such a rush. I asked a young handsome man, Amir to direct me to it. He asked me if I needed some help. I did. I didn't realize tampons came in different sizes. My mind was puzzled. I didn't want to ask a guy what size tampon I use. He then told me "are you ok?" I said my father raised me and I don't know which tampon to use. He said "no worries" and he took out his cell phone to call his sister. Little did I know, Amir's sister helped me out to find the right size for me. God bless her. 10/10 service.

I had the best experience at the Deli today while on break picking up a sandwich. William and Joshua were absolutely amazing behind the sub counter. A sign was left out that a sub was a sale and they forgot to take it down and they honored the sale price on the mistaken sign. They were quick, efficient and made some amazing subs that made the shopping experience so much better. Thank you William and Joshua!

After months of seemingly endless and inevitable issues with pharmacies in this area I switched to this one, and it's been a night and day difference. My prescription is always ready the same day the doctor calls it in, and the pharmacists are always friendly, attentive, and competent. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone living in the area.

We had an appointment for the Covid vaccine scheduled. We arrived on time and was told the pharmacist was on lunch and to come back in 2 hours. Needless to say how inconvenient that is and defeats the purpose of an appointment. The lady sat in front (a younger women) asked us to to stand in line, just no care in the world. Didn’t specify which line and we stood in the prescription line. We were later told by another employee walking pass that we needed to go the another line. Being our second vaccine at this location , the first vaccine we did at another Publix and the experience was great and fully efficient , no issues , very smooth process and at the time that was the only publix giving the moderna so we drove an hour to them but it was so worth it. The pharmacist at this publix was extremely rushed, and abruptly jabbed our arms, she also gave us the cards without any vaccination dates on it. When I got home, I called , one the pharmacy staff member said I must just write in and no one will know the difference, didn’t sound right to me, so I called another publix pharmacy & they said to never write anything on that card as we are not permitted to that!Once again I returned to Avalon publix and the pharmacist then took the cards and wrote in the dates.Very incompetent, rude, very unprofessional , abrupt pharmacist!Get your act together! This community needs a better pharmacy

Social distancing not enforced. Deli people don't wear masks even though they handle your food and breath on it. What's worse is they wipe their faces with their gloves hands and then touch your deli. Reported it to manager. He was not apologetic though he said he would mention it to deli. He could have been more understanding. I got the impression he thought I was bothering him. Moving my shopping to Publix in Eastwood. At least deli people there wear masks.

Stopped in on my lunch break to pick up a prescription that my doctor had electronically sent over. They indicated they were still working on it and it would be about an hour. This was at 230pm. Left and returned at 6pm...and was told it would be another hour. So, I sat in one of the waiting area chairs and Keifer said 'You can't sit there!' I indicated I was waiting on a prescription that had been sent over earlier that afternoon and that it was going to be an hour. He said 'Well I'm trying to do Covid vaccinations". So I stood up and just waited awkwardly for my prescription to get filled. Then, when I was checking out I asked the representative for Keiffer's name. Well, Keiffer over heard the representative say his name and with a syringe in his hand inches away from a customers arm he yells 'K' 'E' 'I' 'F'' F' 'E' 'R'...that's how you spell my name!!!! I said to the representative...is he really yelling across the room at me with a needle in his hand about to vaccinate a customer? Talk about unprofessional. I asked to speak with the pharmacy manager....Faye walks over to me and says "are you the _____ prescription?" And she calls out my medicine using it to describe me....at that point.....I knew the standards of this pharmacy are substandard and it starts with her and obviously trickles down to the staff. I responded...No, I'm the 'customer' that tried picking up a prescription at 230, was told it would be ready at 330, and then came back again at 6pm and was told it would be yet another hour and I explained how Keiffer was unprofessional. She could care less. She never once acknowledged that it could been handled differently or even apologized for the inconvenience of me having to visit the store twice and wait around. I understand that this industry is experiencing unusual high volume however calling someone by their medication and yelling out to customers while vaccinating another customer is completely unprofessional and minimum standards should be implemented to avoid such behavior in the future.
